Embrace the tranquility of the ocean breeze as you sit amidst the soft sands, your feet gently buried in the warm grains. Feel the sun's rays warming your skin, a gentle reminder of the present moment. Close your eyes and inhale the salty air, the rhythm of the waves washing over the shore mirroring your own breath. As you exhale, let go of any tension or worries, allowing them to drift away with the tide. Find comfort in the presence of your Freedom Jedi, JP Adkins, his calm energy radiating through the space. So let's get started this morning.

If you guys don't know who I am,

My name is JP Atkins.

I am the Freedom Jedi.

And I'm so happy to be here with you guys today.

Take a moment,

Get into a nice comfortable position.

I found that if I'm sitting in a chair,

If I push my butt all the way to the back of the chair,

My spine just naturally kind of aligns.

You might want to rub out your shoulders a little bit,

Roll them,

Roll your neck a little bit.

There's nothing you have to do in this moment.

There's nowhere you have to be in this moment.

Just right here and right now.

You might want to cancel any of your notifications on your phone.

Just notice your breath.

The breath is always there for us.

Let's sync up.

Let's take a moment.

Let's take three nice deep breaths with ourselves,

With each other.

I want you to let go of anything that you have now.

One more time,

Breathe in.

Let your breath go back to normal.

Breathing deeply into your belly.

That's in the northern hemisphere.

We're in winter at the moment.

So I thought it would be nice if we did a nice visualization of us being on the beach.

You may feel the sand in your toes.

You may have even buried your fingers in the sand themselves.

Get pictures of yourself in a comfortable bathing suit.

It makes you look oh so good.

You just hear the waves.

The beach is there for you.

And it's okay if you're not feeling this.

See if you can smell nice salt air.

And it's okay,

As I said,

Wherever you are it's just fine.

Don't stress.

There's nothing to stress about.

We're here.

Just allowing the sun to energize us.

After laying here for a few moments,

We decided to take a walk.

Feeling the sand in our toes.

Feeling the earth support us.

We walk along the beach,

Coming in,

Watching over our feet.

But as we're looking,

You notice there's a little message.

So you uncork the bottle and you pull out the paper.

And here lies a message just for you.

But as you look at this message,

You know it's just for you.

It's just what you needed to hear.

So you take this message,

You hold it up close to your heart.

As you do,

And that message radiates through your body.

As the bottle disappears,

We create the light that we live by the thoughts that we think we are worthy.

And let us know down below what was your message,
