I Believe In You, My Soul: A Guided Meditation

Welcome to this guided meditation,

Where you are invited to journey within and explore the beauty of your inner being,

Your soul.

Allow yourself to be guided by self-love,

To stand not in the shadow of self-scrutiny,

But present,

Alive,

And fully aware that your spirit shines brighter than all the stars in this vast galaxy.

This boundless soul,

Your soul,

Travels among healers who float weightlessly within the lighted particles of creation.

This state of being is your truth.

It's the joy that gives flight to your ideas and your inspirations.

It's a healing energy that defies the human density of our daily lives.

While you continue to settle in,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into a state of relaxation,

Toward a path of open-heartedness,

Love,

And acceptance.

To help us move into a fuller state of serenity,

We're going to take three self-reflecting breaths to release us from the dogmas,

Complexities,

And limitations of being spiritual entities on planet Earth.

With each inhalation,

Visualize yourself vibrant,

Awake,

And living a life filled with purpose and joy.

And with every exhalation,

Release any barriers or limitations that may be preventing you from connecting to your divine self.

Let's take our first deep breath in and release.

Another deep breath in and release.

And one last deep breath in and release.

While resting in this stillness,

Turn your consciousness inward towards your soul,

Toward the essence of who you are,

A beautiful luminous light that exists eternally,

A source of infinite love,

Potential,

And wisdom.

Take a moment to honor your soul and recognize it as being a patient arbiter of your destiny and your dreams.

It is the core of your being,

The unchanging truth amidst the ever-changing circumstances of life.

It's the link that binds you with all of creation and all of mankind.

In the most non-human form,

Your soul remains untouched by the weight of past experiences or the trials that exist in the present.

It is pure and limitless and uniquely yours as it expands outward,

Propelling the filament of your being deep into the delicate layers of eternity.

Let's breathe in and let's breathe out.

Begin to visualize yourself moving inward and upward and like a translucent nomad,

You find yourself traveling through the migratory efflorescence of space and time.

You realize that you're moving toward a source of wonder that bears the quality of light and holds the purity of expansiveness which has no name.

Soon you find yourself no longer moving but still and quiet.

You can feel the universe emanating love all around you.

In this peaceful moment you realize that you are surrounded by an aura of light infused with golden stardust that carries within it the sound of the truth from whence you came.

Let's breathe in and let's breathe out.

While floating in this celestial vibration of stillness,

You can sense that you are not alone.

Within this living stardust you realize that you are in the magnificent presence of your own divine soul.

Here in this moment an unimaginable feeling of peacefulness and unconditional love washes over every cell of your being.

This is how it feels to look within the eyes of your own soul,

Within your own self.

This self-love is beyond human description.

There's no judgment,

No fear,

No doubt,

No bigotry,

And no hate.

This is love in its purest form.

This is your truth.

In this moment of grace your heart fills with gratitude along with an unwavering belief in your own capacity to shine.

Floating joyfully among the stardust you recognize your oneness with the oneness of life itself.

Let's breathe in and let's breathe out.

Here in this wondrous state of being allow yourself to recognize this magnetic light called your soul.

Allow your human self this opportunity to connect with the deepest part of your spiritual being,

Your essence,

Your truth,

Sinking deeper into a state of joyfulness and self-acceptance.

Let the hand of eternity guide you toward the ethereal light of your being.

Let's take a moment to honor this part of ourselves and offer gratitude to the oneness that exists between your human self and your soul.

Together we are a force of nature capable of overcoming any obstacle that forebodes our way.

Our experiences,

Both good and bad,

Are opportunities for us to grow.

They don't define us,

They refine us as we embrace them as stepping stones on our journey.

Not only here on earth,

But for eternity.
