Hi.

Whatever you're doing,

Or wherever you are,

Let's just stop.

Put your hands over your heart,

And let's take a deep breath in.

And release.

Now that you're present,

Allow yourself to be still,

So that moving forward,

Your day can be a little brighter,

A little more amazing.

We're going to take three rejuvenating breaths.

That's it.

Nothing more,

Nothing less.

With each inhalation,

Visualize yourself in a place that makes you smile,

With people that make you happy.

And with every exhalation,

Let go of all the tension,

Anxiety,

Or pressure that may be held in your body.

Let's take our first deep breath in,

Holding for a count of four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

Another deep breath in,

Holding for four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

One last deep breath in,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And release.

Let's sit in this quiet for a moment.

Notice that your mind is a bit quieter,

That your body is a little lighter.

As you go through the rest of the day,

If things start getting busy,

Just stop,

Put your hands over your heart,

Breathe in,

And let it go.

And remember,

Every moment,

Every day,

Is a new opportunity to refocus your energy toward positive and amazing outcomes.
