One last deep breath in,

Let's sit in this quiet for a moment.
Notice that your mind is a bit quieter,
That your body is a little lighter.
As you go through the rest of the day,
If things start getting busy,
Just stop,
Put your hands over your heart,
Breathe in,
And let it go.
