You find a comfortable position for yourself.

Because you're already burnt out,
You're already overwhelmed.
So allow yourself to have this couple of moments.

Make sure no one bothers you.
And we are going to start with breathing.
To make sure you feel even more grounded.
And more relaxed okay so let's do this together inhale through the nose exhale through the mouth ready inhale Hold exhale,

Exhale.
Release maybe even give a little bit of shake here one more time inhale And exhale with desire.

And this can be one of the reasons why you feel is burnt out as well.
Because we pick up energies from other people and this energy can be.

Can stay on our bodies so it's really important to release that energy and i always encourage you to use different essential oil just put a couple of drops to the brush and you're good.
