When meditating,
I find myself straightening my posture as I let out a sigh.
Is this the correct way of meditating?
So if you're sighing intentionally as you kind of fix your posture,
Then it's something to avoid.
But if it's something that happens unconsciously,
Then it's up to you just to be aware of it,
But not really consider that as a bad thing.
It's just for you to recognize that this is a phenomenon that happens to you as you meditate.
It means that your breath is not as regular.
So these people might actually experience sleep apnea when they sleep.
Pause sleep,
Spread breathing for a while,
Then kind of breathe out alongside.
So while meditating,
Don't judge every phenomenon as bad or good.
Just recognize them as a phenomenon that happens to you.
