Use this to melt away stress and anxiety or to relax a little bit. I really enjoy this meditation towards the second half of my day. I'll be guiding you through paying attention to your breath and noticing your heart and mind slowing down. You'll come out of this meditation with a whole new sense of peace and relaxation.

Hello.

Let's start with a slow,

Gentle,

Deep breath in through your nose and gently release through your mouth.

One more time,

Deep breath in and on the exhale,

Gently float your eyes closed.

Just breathe.

Witness your breath,

Pay attention to the air slowly coming in and slowly going out.

Long,

Slow breaths in deep down into your belly and watch the air as you exhale.

Witness the air coming in and witness the air going out.

Notice yourself relaxing.

Witness your shoulders relaxing,

Even the muscles in your face relaxing as you pay attention to your breath.

Together let's do a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Notice your mind continuing to slow down just a bit.

Notice your heartbeat slowing down a little bit.

Together,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Another breath in together and release any stress or anxiety you're still feeling.

And just breathe,

Sink into your breath and relax.

You are in a safe space here with your breath.

And slowly you're now bringing your awareness back to your center,

Your strength,

Your silent observer,

Your inner peace and courage.

Now together let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and let that go any way you feel is right.

One more time and let it go any way you'd like.

And one more time together.

Gently open your eyes,

Take notice of how you feel and allow your breath and relaxation to be your guide for the rest of your day today.
