A Qigong-inspired body scan that invites awareness through the layers of the body using breath and presence. The practice begins with noticing the natural flow of breathing and then moves through the skeletal structure, muscles, ligaments, and internal organs. As awareness deepens, the breath is imagined as light or fluid energy that nourishes and surrounds the organs, helping release tension and cultivate a sense of inner spaciousness. The practice concludes with setting an intention for the day and offering gratitude for the time spent in stillness and reflection.
