Freedom To Move Forwards. Meditation For Liberation & Flow

Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to another moment of now,

Now being the only time that we ever have and today being the only day,

And as I always say,

Today is a good day to have a good day.

It may not be the best day ever but you my friend,

You can make it the best day possible.

Today is the first day to the rest of your life and the fact that you have chosen to take this time,

To dedicate this space in time,

To take this journey together with me today,

Here and now,

Proves that you are dedicated to the evolution and expansion of yourself,

Of your consciousness,

Of your soul.

To bring yourself into a state of liberation,

Freedom from all that previously ailed you,

Held you back or limited you in any way,

Shape or form.

Today's journey is going to be incredibly powerful and very,

Very deep,

Going back to the very root cause and freeing yourself from the shackles that bind you.

So I welcome you to this beautiful experience,

This moment of now and I ask that you simply sit back and relax,

Tuning in to tune out and enjoying this magical adventure with me.

Go ahead and take a moment to just allow all of the thoughts and feelings that you have experienced so far today,

To raise all up to the surface.

Go ahead and scoop them all together and place them into a box and close the lid knowing that after this journey you can open that box once again and all of the thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions and ideas that are present are yours.

They will always be yours and all I ask is for this moment,

For this journey,

You just release and surrender all attachment,

All expectation,

All desires and all forms of limitation.

Having put down all that has been experienced thus far,

You create the space to experience what is yet to come.

Experiencing it through the creation of it.

It is the fact you have chosen to take this journey.

It is why you are taking this journey.

It is the choices you make which lead to the actions that you take and every single person,

No matter how bizarre or extreme their actions,

Everyone does what they do for one simple reason.

To keep themselves safe.

Perhaps gaining some form of happiness and maybe even love.

Everyone does the best that they can do with the information that they have at their disposal.

After taking this journey you will gain a fountain,

A library of knowledge and wisdom that you have easy and free access to at any and all times.

Allowing you to easily and effortlessly remember everything it is that you are here to remember.

To learn everything that you are here to learn.

To enjoy every moment.

The ups and downs,

The twists and turns being what bring excitement to this beautiful experience,

This game,

This roll,

A coaster ride that we call life.

And as you allow for your breath to continue to rise and fall,

Just like a rolling hill,

Bellowing clouds that drift,

Just take a moment to watch your breath.

To become aware and connected to it.

Watch as the inhale brings with it that beautiful pranic life force energy filling your entire being.

And as you exhale watch as you release through surrenderance everything and anything which no longer serves you.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And with the next breath we will become more playful and out through your mouth.

So go ahead with the next inhale and breathe in through your nose for the count of four.

Holding on the top of the breath for four,

Before releasing exhaling through the mouth for the count of four.

And holding on the bottom of the breath on the exhale for four.

Before repeating this beautiful cycle,

The flow,

Allowing yourself to return back to that natural,

Rhythmic and effortless state of flow.

And as you inhale,

Watch as that beautiful life force energy enters into you from outside you,

Filling you and surging all around you.

And watch as it actually vibrates and illuminates every fibre of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between.

And before releasing everything that no longer serves you,

Watch as though a magnet is attracting to it everything that is heavy or dense in frequency,

Drawing it all into the centre of your being before releasing it,

Exhaling it,

Surrendering yourself to the universe in completion.

And in a moment we will start the journey,

Going into a very deep and receptive state of being,

Likened to a hypnotic or trance like state,

Where I will be able to deliver the information directly to the part of you that requires it.

So I ask that you simply allow and surrender once again to everything that is to be experienced.

It is not to be understood,

So please do not try to understand it.

Know that the part of yourself referred to as the unconscious or subconscious mind,

That it knows what to do and how to do it.

That it is responsible for beating the blood around your body and breathing for you when you are not doing this mindfully.

You trust it well enough to go to sleep at night knowing that you will awaken the next day.

So I ask that you allow for this degree of trust to be given,

Without hindrance,

Surrendering yourself to the unconscious,

The subconscious mind,

So that it can receive and collect all the information that it requires.

To let go of and move past a feeling of fear associated with people,

Places or events outside of the safety of your own home,

Outside of the safety of your bubble of separation,

Isolation and alienation.

Free from that bubble of fear,

The bubble that they are trying to ask us to remain within to stay safe.

Knowing that if you remain only ever within one room in your house,

That you are limiting your ability to experience or enjoy this beautiful and magical adventure that we call life.

That although you could live in completion within your dining room,

It is far more beneficial to utilise all the rooms in the house,

Just as it is far more enjoyable to experience a diverse range of events,

Situations and connections with other people.

Fear suffocates,

Isolates and alienates you from yourself and from others.

I see you,

You beautiful divine being,

And I know that you resonate with this truth on a cellular and soul level.

That it is love that is always the answer,

It is love that will bring you liberation and freedom.

So I ask now,

That you take a moment as you continue to receive that beautiful breath,

As you focus upon the centre of your chest,

The centre of your being,

The centre of the universe in completion.

And as you focus on your beautiful heart chakra,

As it grows,

Expanding with every breath,

Simply through the acceptance of it.

Beautiful,

Pranic life force energy.

And as I send my love,

The love of the universe,

Of source,

Prime creator,

The love of God,

That shines through me to you.

I ask that you receive,

With the full acceptance,

This unconditional love.

The love that I have for you,

That you are yourself.

Breathe and release everything that no longer serves you.

So let us now begin this beautiful and magical adventure together,

This journey of liberation,

Freedom of the self.

So go ahead and bring to mind a screen,

A blank screen within your mind.

And upon this screen bring forth the image or memory of an experience when you were walking,

Completely carefree,

Outside,

Somewhere connected to nature and fully present and aware.

Aware of your surroundings,

As well as the feelings and sensations within.

And as you bring this depth and clarity of vision,

Of awareness,

To this screen,

Go ahead and actually become fully embodied in that moment of now.

Take a moment to step forth and step in to the screen,

So that you are no longer viewing yourself,

But actually fully present and connected to that moment in time.

And as you allow,

As part of you disconnects from the physical self and floats all the way up into the air and all the way back,

Back along your timeline,

Back to that event.

That event when you felt connected,

Connected to yourself as well as everything else.

As you connect now,

In completion,

To that version of yourself that exists in liberation,

That exists now,

That you could be now,

That you are now,

Should you choose to step forth,

To step in to and fully embody that version of yourself now.

Simply go ahead and connect,

Connect to yourself,

Your true self,

Your liberated and free,

Unconditional and undefiable self.

You are free to be you,

And that is all you ever need to.

Take a moment to connect to yourself,

So that you can see through your own eyes everything that you saw.

Take a moment just to listen,

Hearing everything that you heard,

Everything around you,

As well as the internal conversation happening within you.

And really feel,

Feel into the sensations and emotions that are present,

The feeling of the ground beneath your feet,

The sun kissing and caressing your face.

The feeling of that breath that is oh so familiar and always with you as it enters and exits you,

As well as the feeling or sensation or any emotion that is present within you.

The feeling of liberation and freedom.

And as you are stood,

Carefree,

Connected to the earth,

Being,

Without a desire to do,

To go or to achieve anything.

I would like for you to notice that just in front of you,

There is an opening,

A hole if you like,

That is opened up beneath you,

Just in front of you.

With a set of stairs that are leading down,

Down to somewhere that you would perhaps rather not go.

But that knowing that you are safe,

Guided and protected at all times,

And knowing that this journey is exactly what your soul requires,

To realign and connect you to the truth of who you are and bring you that sense and state of liberation and freedom in all ways,

Shapes and forms.

Go ahead now and only if you are ready to take this journey,

Right through to completion,

Only if you are ready to let go of all weights and limitations of old.

Only if you are ready to cast off the shackles of separation,

Isolation and illusion that bind you.

Only if you are ready in this moment of now to evolve on a soul and cellular level and go ahead and step forwards to the top of the staircase.

And although it is dark in the depths of your mind,

It is your light of awareness,

Of consciousness that illuminates all things.

And any point from now on to the end of time that you become disconnected and feel separated from the truth of who you are,

I ask that you take one single breath in,

Breathing back into yourself the truth of who you are and reconnecting at your heart centre to the fact that you are the light.

A being of light,

A being of unconditional love and acceptance,

Unlimited in your potential to experience,

Create and achieve anything that you believe.

And standing at the top of this ancient set of stairs,

Go ahead now as you listen to the sound of my voice and the rhythm of the music,

Go ahead and step down onto step 10,

Feeling grounded and secure,

Safe and guided,

Relaxed and excited,

Ready to experience and open to receive,

Deeper down still onto step 7,

Being so incredibly grateful to be alive,

To be able to experience any of it at all,

Surrendering and releasing yourself back to the universe in completion,

A deeper and more relaxed state of being than ever before.

To step 4,

3 and then 2,

With every sound that you hear,

With every word that you receive,

Enter into an even deeper and more relaxed state of being and as you actually try to keep yourself awake,

It causes you to enter into an even deeper and more receptive state of being.

My heart goes out to you,

Is connected to yours and everything that I do is for your highest and greatest good,

As well as the highest and greatest good of humanity as a whole.

The evolution of self creates the evolution of everything else.

Take those final steps,

Stepping down onto step 1 and 0,

You enter into the most deep and relaxed state of being that you have ever experienced.

And just the simple vibration of my voice is cleansing and purifying you and allow everything that the subconscious mind wishes to show you to be delivered to you.

And as the staircase disappears from sight and as the room begins to become more and more light,

As you raise your frequency,

Your vibration,

As you raise the light that you are emitting from your heart centre,

The room around you begins to take shape and take a moment just to notice,

Whatever it is in whatever way it was presented,

The form of shackle or imprisonment that you are cast within.

Perhaps your feet are tired,

Your hands are bind,

Perhaps you are in a cell,

In a cage,

In a box or a bubble of safety.

Whatever way it is presented to you,

Thank yourself for this opportunity to evolve,

To grow and to liberate yourself as well as everyone else.

Give thanks for the experience that you are to receive and again let go of all expectations or desires and just hold that belief.

The knowledge that you are divine and that now is the only time.

And as you continue to raise your frequency,

Your vibration,

Your embodiment of source and all in creation,

With each breath in,

Harnessing and drawing in that beautiful pranic life force energy,

And watch as you grow,

Expanding and as the light in the room continues to become brighter and brighter still,

First of all I would like you to open your hand.

And beckon to you your sword of truth,

Wherever it is you have placed it or left it,

Whether it is from a past event or situation in this life or a past life,

It will draw to you through the will of your creation so that you can bring forth your own liberation.

And as that sword of truth is flying towards you,

Landing in your hand as it closes around it,

Perfect fit,

I would like you to look above you to see the strings that have been attached to you from the moment of your birth,

Likened to a puppet on a string,

And with one single and just swing,

Go ahead and cut through all of those cords,

All of those cables or wires that are attached to you.

And as you do,

Feel as though you raise and ascend instantly,

Becoming lighter than light and larger than life,

As though you are weightless and everything in the room,

The feeling of separation is gone,

You know yourself to be your physical as well as energetic self and now it is so clear to see and to feel that you are also everything else.

And with this sword,

Your sword,

That you have access to at all times,

Go ahead now and bring to mind all events,

Situations,

Experiences and sensations of old,

That have been heavy,

Repressive,

Negative in frequency or heavy in vibration,

Anything that defies you,

That limits you,

That prevents you from being your true self.

Bring to mind all of the events of old,

The good,

The bad and the ugly,

Slice through and disconnect your attachment to all people,

Places and things,

Knowing that in a moment you will create new cords,

New energetic attachments,

Creating a connection to your loved ones,

Your peers and everybody that you come into contact with in a way that is your choice and that is uplifting and beneficial to everyone involved.

Being seen the same way as you were seen 20 years ago means that you will be treated the same way that you were 20 years ago,

By yourself as well as everyone else.

By releasing all attachments of old,

It frees up the space to create attachments of new,

Chosen by you in this moment of now.

So go ahead and with your sword of truth and justice cut through all of those cords that attach you,

That hold you down and defy you,

Swinging to your left,

To your right,

In front and behind,

Above and below,

As well as in and out.

Take a moment just to notice once again that you feel oh so light,

Like a bubble on the wind,

Floating effortlessly,

Joyfully and majestically.

Surrendering itself to the winds of life and being blown wherever and wherever,

All in the divine time.

Go ahead now and reconnect with a single swish of your wand.

Reconnect by more mindfully chosen and beneficial connection to all people and places that you wish to still have interactions with.

And whatever else is within the room,

If it is shackles,

Bars,

If you are incarcerated or imprisoned in any way,

Shape or form,

I would like you to know the true power that you possess.

And drawing in again a single pure and unconditional breath,

As you focus your light of attention upon whatever it is that is limiting and imprisoning you,

Keeping you separated and isolated from those that you know,

As you focus your light of attention,

Your love upon whatever it is in front of you,

Watch as the colour begins to shift.

And as you see that physical representation of energy vibrating,

Returning back to its simplistic form,

Go ahead and blow.

Blow away,

Just as the winds of time blow and move sand that creates rolling hills,

Expansive sceneries and the most beautiful and majestic of lands.

As you blow,

As it dissolves before your very eyes,

Returning back to its natural rhythmic state of being,

Energy vibrating,

Yours in creation,

Ready to experience whatever it is you wish to experience,

Surrender yourself to the divine will of all things,

To the light,

To the love that you are.

And I would like for you to think,

Think back to a time when you felt free,

Joyful,

Playful,

As though life was simply a magical,

A majestical game,

An experience,

An adventure that we together co-create and experience forever.

Hold in mind the version of yourself that you know yourself to be,

That free,

Divine,

Absolutely sublime,

Beautiful in every way,

Shape and form.

Living an abundant life,

That version of yourself that you know exists,

That you are going to bring into creation now.

As we reach the divine time that you have dedicated yourself to this journey thus far,

Now is when you receive the treasure that has been residing,

Hiding within yourself all of this time.

And with that version of yourself in mind,

I would like for you to see it just beyond the horizon,

Just the other side of the room that you are currently in,

Is your truest version,

Your truest self,

The rest of your life ready to be lived.

And go ahead now,

And as you spin around and notice that there is a door,

A door that is behind you that leads forth,

That leads you forward upon your journey,

Your journey of upliftment,

Of liberation,

Of excitement,

Of exhalation.

As you surrender everything that you believed you once knew to make room for something new,

As you surrender yourself to a higher and divine power,

To the love that you are,

Go ahead and float towards your door to liberation.

Through your co-creation.

And stand for a moment in front of this door,

Ensuring that you are fully and completely ready to experience the life upon the other side of it.

And go ahead,

Breaking yourself free from the shackles that bind you,

The bars that confine you,

The walls that divide you,

Any and all feelings or sensations that defy you.

Knowing that you are safe and secure,

Grounded and protected,

Divinely guided and supported in all you do.

And only if you are ready,

Fully and completely ready,

Within every fibre of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between,

Only if you are ready to release and surrender everything that was to create the space for everything in liberation.

And upliftment and joy and ecstasy that is to be experienced.

Only if you are ready to become your truest and greatest self,

Allow for the door to swing open as you pass through it to salvation and liberation beyond it.

Fully and completely stepping in to your truest and greatest self,

Knowing that everything you experience from this moment forth is your creation,

For you,

Created by you,

For the upliftment and benefit of yourself as well as everyone else.

That you are a being of love,

Of light,

Of unconditional acceptance,

Of salvation.

Through the surrenderance of yourself to a higher and divine power,

You,

My friends,

Will co-create a world of liberation,

Of harmony for all people in all places.

Take a moment as you step forth into this new and exciting world,

As you look behind you and nod with appreciation and gratitude,

Thanking yourself for everything you have previously experienced,

Knowing that it was all part of the adventure that has brought you to this moment of now.

And that in this moment of now you are fully and completely reconnected across all lifetimes,

Timelines,

Dimensions and realities,

Connected to the truth of who you are.

The version of yourself that cannot be defied or defined,

Knowing that you will go far,

To the stars and beyond,

To infinity and forever.

Creating the liberation of humanity,

Doing so from your heart centre.

Go ahead now and draw in,

Breathe in,

Call in a pillar of protective white light and watch as it travels down from the heavens,

Connecting to you,

Submerging you in that beautiful golden white light and feel as every fibre of your being pulsates and ripples,

As it vibrates.

As you feel larger and larger with every moment,

Unlimited in your potential to experience and achieve.

Connected to the heavens above,

Go ahead and connect to the earth below,

Growing deep and true roots out of the soles of your feet.

And watch as they grow deep,

Deep down,

All the way down to the core,

The beautiful heart centre of mother earth.

And watch as these roots grow around the crystalline core of the earth,

Connecting you to Gaia,

Keeping you grounded,

Safe and secure.

Connected to the heavens above,

Able to receive and channel through you all of the divine wisdom and information that all rests and resides within you.

Embody this vibration and this sense of pure liberation,

Knowing that this is you,

The true you.

Not the you that you were told or convinced of old,

The you that is divine and exists now,

In this time.

I ask that you take as long as is required to allow for the integration of this experience.

The music will continue and I ask that you,

You allow for the truth of who you are to shine from you to all those around you.

You have created the changes that you wish to see,

Go forth beautiful and divine soul and allow for all of those around you to see.

To see the truth of who you are and your ability to create.

Perhaps they too will take this adventure,

This journey and bring into existence the world of true harmony,

Heaven on earth that we are co-creating in this beautiful moment of now.
