Hello and welcome to a meditation for longing,
Intuition,
And gentle permission.
Settle your body now in whatever way feels most honest.
There is no posture of holiness required,
Only presence.
Let your breath arrive as it is,
Perhaps shallow,
Perhaps deep,
And let it be enough.
You may notice a longing in you today.
A hunger for something ancient.
A memory without words.
A pull toward a goddess presence,
A temple,
A power that feels familiar yet distant.
If part of you aches for this connection,
And another part hesitates,
Pulls back,
And says not yet,
Let both be here.
Nothing needs to be resolved.
Imagine now that you are standing before a temple.
Not outside,
But at the doorway.
This temple does not demand entry.
It does not open its doors by force or faith.
It opens by readiness.
The stones are warm.
The air is still.
There is no crowd.
There is no ritual underway.
Only presence.
You may sense a goddess energy within.
Not towering,
Not commanding,
But seated,
Watching,
Waiting.
She does not beckon you forward.
She does not question your hesitation.
She knows the cost of devotion that came too early,
Too fast,
Without safety.
She speaks softly now,
Perhaps not even in words.
You do not have to come all the way in.
You are allowed to linger.
Feel your body respond to that permission.
If you wish,
Place a hand on your heart.
Or your belly.
Or both.
Notice the intuition stirring.
The hints,
The whispers,
The subtle pulls.
And notice the part of you that says,
I don't want to give myself over completely.
Let that voice speak internally.
And then imagine the goddess responding,
Wisdom is not surrender without consent.
Wisdom is knowing when to approach and when to pause.
You are not disconnected.
You are discerning.
Now imagine sitting at the threshold,
Half in light,
Half in shadow.
This is a sacred place,
Too.
Here,
Your intuition does not need to perform.
It only needs to breathe.
You might gently say within,
I honor my hunger.
I honor my hesitation.
Both are intelligent.
Feel the split soften,
Not merge,
Not resolve.
Just soften.
The temple remains.
The goddess remains.
Your intuition remains alive even when you choose not to enter fully.
Nothing is lost by waiting.
Take a slow breath in.
And hear this final truth settle into your body.
You are not meant to be consumed by the sacred.
You are meant to meet it in your own time.
When you're ready,
Let the image fade gently.
Knowing the doorway does not close.
It never has.
Be wise,
Be well.
Thank you for joining me.
