Welcome to this short meditation for a lot of self-love.
Invite you to find a position that is most comfortable for you right now,
Whether that be seated upright or laying down.
See if you can let your body surrender into whatever position feels most nurturing.
This is not a time to force.
And as you find that position,
Closing down the eyes and taking a few extended inhalations and exhalations,
Welcoming the breath into your body,
Expanding,
Softening,
Opening,
Exhaling,
Letting go,
Releasing.
Deep inhalation all the way down into the belly.
See if you can let your belly expand even more here.
And perhaps sighing out this out-breath,
Letting go.
One more extended inhalation,
Breathing deeply,
Welcoming the breath into every cell of your body.
And sighing it out.
Good.
And just allowing the breath to return to its natural cycle,
Perhaps in and out through the nose,
Letting it flow.
This is a moment for you to release control and let your body do what it knows to do best,
To take care of you.
And right now,
We're allowing the mind to drop into this moment of stillness,
To meet the breath,
To meet this moment and to remember the innate love that your body has for you.
So as you breathe gently here now,
Just feeling,
Sensing,
Observing as your body gets heavier and heavier,
Feeling yourself untangle,
Melting into the surface that you're laying on or sitting on.
Each breath releasing down.
And as you do so,
Noticing as the mind settles down,
Slows down,
Spaciousness between thoughts starting to appear,
Observing as they come,
As they leave,
Each time bringing your awareness back to the breath.
To deepen into this self-love practice,
Bringing your awareness down now into the heart space,
Anahata chakra,
Where we tap into deep compassion for ourselves and for others.
Just feeling the space of the heart.
And as you land here from a place of softness,
Openness,
Receptivity,
Meeting the oracle of your heart and asking the question,
What would you have me know now?
And giving space as you breathe for your heart to share some beautiful words of love and affirmation,
Perhaps praise,
Celebration for who you are in this moment.
And your only job is to receive.
Feeling these vibrations of love emanate through every cell of your body.
You may like to visualize a light from the heart space growing brighter with each breath,
Spreading,
Encompassing your entire body.
And if it feels good for you now,
You can spread this light further and further with each breath.
As far and wide as you can possibly imagine.
Unconditional love without limitation.
Feel your own expansion,
Your own ability to share your love with others.
The overflow that naturally occurs when we love ourselves for.
Taking a moment to share some gratitude with yourself for showing up,
Creating the space to be with yourself,
To love yourself full.
You may like to bring your hands to your heart.
Pausing here and feeling your own heartbeat.
How often do you take time to feel your own heartbeat?
What a miracle.
Deepening the breath,
Coming back into this beautiful body that is your home.
Lending back in the space.
And as you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
