Emotions are guiding tools from our Higher Selves. No matter if uncomfortable or empowering, they always hold a message for us. Feeling empowered we move towards our desires, feeling disempowered and in fear, we are moving away from our dreams. It’s that simple! Emotions are energy in motion and energy cannot vanish, it can only be transformed! Our challenging emotions can be transmuted into powerful fuel to initiate and drive action towards manifesting dreams! I'm honoured to be your guide.

Hello my soulful being.

Do you find yourself struggling with challenging emotions in this very moment?

No matter if it's overwhelming anger,

Fear or grief.

Let's take this journey together from unrest in your body,

Mind and emotions and navigate into acceptance,

Calmness,

Stillness and peace.

My name is Carmen and I'm honored to be on this journey with you.

Find a safe,

Calm,

Peaceful space in your home or outside in nature and sit or lay down comfortably.

Close your eyes and turn your senses on your breath.

Breathing slowly and deeply,

Observing the flow of your breath into your chest.

Breathe out slowly and deeply,

Simply observing the movement of the air out of your chest.

Breathe out again,

Gently emptying your lungs to the bottom and envision emptying the chaotic energy of the overwhelming emotion that is challenging you and flooding you in this moment.

Breathe in new fresh energy of calmness and peace.

Breathe out gently and slowly,

Simply emptying the energy of chaos out of your beautiful body.

Don't force it out.

Just breathe it out gently and slowly.

Take another deep breath of fresh energy,

Safety & calm.

Now feel into your body and find a place where you can feel some calmness and safety.

Go with your awareness into this place in your body and expand on this feeling of safety and calm.

Let this energy slowly flood your body and fill every tiny little space of your body.

Take as much time as you need to feel the safety and calmness gently filling your body.

Don't worry if you don't get there easily.

You are still sitting with your challenging emotion in your body and your field of awareness.

Now that you have found some safety and calm have a closer look at your emotion.

Name it and acknowledge it.

Is it fear or is it sadness?

Is it anger or frustration?

Is it disempowerment?

Is it insecurity?

What is it?

Name it by its name and welcome it.

Stay grounded in your calmness and peace and at the same time observe the emotion.

See and feel where it sits in your body.

Is it in the chest or in the stomach?

Is it in your neck or in your shoulders?

Is it in your mind or your back?

Is it in your muscles or in your bones?

How does it feel in your body?

Allow it to move in your body and simply observe.

What color is it?

What consistency does it have?

Is it rigid or fluid?

Is it cold or hot?

Is it insisting?

Just allow and observe.

Does it hold a story?

Listen to the message that it holds.

Simply listen and observe with compassion.

Observe with total acceptance and openness.

Make a simple note about the core message it holds for you.

It is a gift for your transformation and your growth.

Now breathe new fresh energy into the emotion.

Let new fresh energy through the emotion and see how the energy of the emotion is changing.

Does it change in color?

Does it change its movement?

How does it feel now?

Do you feel lighter?

If you still feel challenged by the emotion,

Ask the elements of nature to help you.

Ask water,

Fire,

Air,

Earth or spirit to help you in this moment.

Call on them and see who is coming.

Maybe you see or feel air breathing some fresh energy into the emotion or just blowing it away.

Maybe you see the emotion being cleansed and washed away with crystal clear water.

Maybe you can see your emotion being transmuted by fire or being turned into fertile soil.

Let all the energy of emotion move in your body and see and feel it slowly dissipating,

Losing its impact and power and slowly being changed into an energy of a totally different new quality.

What does the new energy look like?

How does it feel like?

How does it make you feel?

The emotion is being transmuted into fresh energy that is giving you the fuel for motion forward on a dream or wish you were not allowing yourself to dream of or manifest because of this emotion.

You see the transmuted new emotion now fueling this cherished dream of yours and giving it wings to be manifested.

Enjoy the picture of your dream unfolding in front of your eyes.

Enjoy the quality of the new energy filling your body and nurturing it from deep within.

Rest in this energy for a few moments,

Take it in deeply into your body,

Into every organ of your body,

Into the waters of your body,

Your DNA and into the new signature of your body.

Every challenging emotion is there for a reason.

It holds a message for you,

A message if you didn't listen to it until now.

It holds the key for removing obstacles on your path to embodying your highest expression of self.

Whenever you meet one of these messengers,

A challenging emotion,

Take some time and sit with it and get to know it a little bit better.

It will give you valuable information and the energy to move forward.

Now with this new valuable information and the new fresh energy in your wings,

Slowly come back to your body.

Feel the ground under your body supporting and holding you.

Feel your breath flowing gently in and out of your body.

Now gently stretch your arms and legs.

Gently open your eyes and take that gentle calm stillness and new perspectives with you into the day.

Now come back to your newly found freedom,

A new perspective on your life experience.
