This is a short meditation just to remind you about the most important thing,
Your breath.
Please use this breath reminder every time you need it,
At any time during your day,
While you are working or when you need to stop for a while and come to yourself.
Begin placing your right hand on your belly.
Slowly inhaling let the fresh new air flow through your nostrils and slowly exhaling let the warmer air leave your nostrils.
Inhale feel the belly expand and rise and exhale feel the belly soften and come in.
Inhale and exhale.
Let your breath move as a calm sea wave.
As you inhale your body activates and as you exhale let go.
Inhale counting to 4,

3,
4,
Exhale counting to 1,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Allow your breath to soften with every inhale and every exhale.
Allow yourself to feel the air coming in and to feel it leaving your body.
Slowly in 1,
2,
3,
4,
Slowly out 4,
3,
2,
1.
Breathing in connect with your inner self.
Breathing out soften and relax.
Breathing in 1,
2,
3,
4 and breathe out 4,
3,
2,
1.
Breathing in and breathe out.
