The snow stretches out before you, untouched and shimmering beneath the soft glow of the moon. Everything is calm, hushed by the night. The air is crisp, but soothing, bringing with it a deep sense of peace. With each breath, you release the tension of the day, letting it melt away like snow in the warmth of the sun. The stillness of the winter night settles into your body, calming your mind, and easing the thoughts that have been swirling.

Good evening and welcome.

I'm so happy that you're here with me tonight.

Go ahead and close your eyes and let's prepare for a deep night of rest.

Begin by bringing your attention to your breathing,

Breathing easily and naturally and let this attention inward,

Loosen and dissolve any leftover thoughts or emotions of the day.

Now take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Feel the cool,

Still air of the winter night gently settle around you.

The world outside is quiet,

Resting under the soft blanket of snow,

And you are invited to rest with it.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a peaceful winter landscape.

The snow stretches out before you,

Untouched and shimmering beneath the soft glow of the moon.

Everything is calm,

Hushed by the night.

The air is crisp but soothing,

Bringing with it a deep sense of peace.

With each breath,

You release the tension of the day,

Letting it melt away like snow in the warmth of the sun.

The stillness of the winter night settles into your body,

Picture the sky above,

Clear and dotted with stars that twinkle like scattered jewels across the night.

Their light is cool,

Distant yet comforting,

Filling the sky with a gentle glow.

You gaze up at the stars,

Feeling their quiet energy wrap around you,

Inviting you deeper into stillness.

Breathe deeply,

And as you exhale,

Feel the release in your body and the space that opens within you.

The quiet of the night is no longer outside,

But inside of you now,

Filling every corner of you with calm.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into this winter night,

Into the quiet that holds you.

There is nothing to worry about,
