Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in…and as you exhale, allow any tension to leave your body. This is your time to rest, your time to let go. Feel yourself sinking into the comfort beneath you, letting each muscle relax, each thought slow. Bring your awareness to your breath, gentle and steady, guiding you into calmness. With each inhale, welcome a sense of ease into your body, and with each exhale, release any lingering tension from the day. Close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Release the tension of the day.

Feel the gentle calm of your steady,

Slow breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in,

Calming you,

And relaxing your entire body.

Feel your body sink into your bed,

Letting each muscle relax,

Each thought slow down.

With each inhale,

Welcome a sense of ease into your body,

And with each exhale,

Release and sink further into comfort.

Now,

See if you can imagine that you're standing on the edge of a spring forest.

The air is fresh,

And the scent of new leaves and damp earth fills you with peace.

As you step forward,

You feel the ground soften beneath your feet,

Covered in delicate moths and tender grass,

Alive with the energy of a new season,

Welcoming you into the sanctuary of peace.

Take another step deeper into the forest,

Feeling the gentle,

Earthy coolness wrap around you,

Soothing you,

Inviting you to let go,

To become one with the soft rhythms of nature.

Above,

Branches intertwine,

Forming a gentle canopy where moonlight filters through patches,

Casting a quiet,

Dappled glow over the forest floor.

The trees stand tall and strong around you,

Each one a sentinel of peace,

Holding space for you.

Breathe in deeply here,

And then exhale into the quiet.

You find a soft bed of moss beneath an ancient tree,

And settle down,

Feeling the earth cool and comforting against your body.

The night air hums with gentle sounds,

The rustle of leaves,

The distant ripple of a stream.

Each sound is calming you,

Drawing you deeper into stillness.

The spring forest surrounds you,

And in this moment,

You are a part of its gentle,

Eternal rhythm.

Feel your breath deepen,

Your heart slow,

As peace fills every part of you,

Quieting the thoughts and calming your spirit.

In this stillness,

You are free to release all the worries,

All the remaining pieces of the day,

And to rest,

Held by the soft presence of the forest,

Grounded and at peace.
