Take a deep breath and tap into your inner wisdom. Inhale deeply, then exhale slowly. Take a moment to tune in and locate your center. Listen to your breath, your body, your mind, and your gut. You already have a knowing of where you want to go, where you've been, and what is coming next. Simply feel into this knowing, this inner wisdom. Believe in yourself and trust in this internal understanding. You are an infinite abundance of wisdom with knowledge, insight, and perception. Close your eyes this morning and bring your hand to your heart and see if you can tune in to your inner wisdom,

A deep breath in,

And then exhale slowly as the breath releases.

Feel the heat of your hand as it touches your chest,

And as your breath deepens,

Release your hand and find your comfortable position.

Listen in to your breath,

Listen to your body,

Your mind,

Your gut.

You already have a knowing,

A knowing of where you want to go,

What you value,

What you need.

Just feel into this knowing,

Your inner wisdom,

Trust this wisdom,

Believe in this internal understanding.

You are an infinite abundance of wisdom,

With a knowledge of insight and perception that you can always tap into so you can know your way.
