Hello and welcome.

Thank you so much for being here with me.

Close your eyes gently and bring yourself inside.

Follow the waves of your breath.

Soften your body,

Let thoughts float away,

Let air sink to your depths.

Breathe and be still.

Breathe deep until you feel your center open,

There's words here,

Unspoken.

The pieces of life fall upon you like rain.

Each one nourishes and fills.

You lift up your face and open your arms.

Feel where it flows and spills.

Slowly but surely,

You find yourself drenched,

Worry spreads through your heart.

You're trying to hold and control every drop.

You're desperate for a quick restart.

How does it feel when you're holding it all?

The emotions,

The details,

The plans,

They're each a raindrop,

Saturating your soul.

Each one full of commands.

So what if you paused and let the drops fall?

It's all so much to maintain.

What if you stopped holding it all and simply just watched the rain?

Be here,

Be still,

Breathe deep until everything is released and you feel deep peace.

What a web has been weaved that makes you believe that you are responsible for it all.

You can walk away and it'll all be okay.

What's meant to fall will fall.

What matters much more than achievements and tasks is the peace alive in your soul.

Protect it with care,

With mountains of grace.

Remember you're human and whole.

So breathe in real deep and feel it all lift.

Feel yourself releasing that weight.

You are supported,

Embraced in divine love.

This life is yours to create.

Breathe and be still.

Breathe deep until peace lives in you and you feel renewed.
