Relax your toes,

Arches,

Ankles,

Shins,

Calves,

Knees,

Hamstrings,

Quadriceps,

Hip flexors,

Pelvis,

Spine,

Buttocks,

Lower back.

Relax.

Light traveling up your spinal column through each and every chakra,

Starting at the base of the spine,

Loving kindness to Muladar,

Four-rayed lotus spinning red,

Traveling higher into the sacrum,

Swadhisthan,

Six-rayed lotus spinning orange,

These vortices,

Chakras translates as wheel of energy in our center,

In our spine.

They travel clockwise.

Imagine light traveling up within Shashumna in the central channel into Manipura,

Ten-rayed lotus spinning clockwise,

Golden yellow,

A huge flower.

Breathe into the front of these lower centers.

They have a front and a back,

And exhale out the back.

Relax.

Light traveling up the central channel to the heart,

Anahata,

12-rayed lotus spinning green,

Brilliant green.

Traveling higher into the throat,

Vishwadi,

16-rayed lotus,

Sometimes depicted like the dark sky with nong,

Vast,

Open,

Deep,

But not empty.

Feel light into the shoulders,

Arms,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

Fingertips buzzing with pure energy,

Arms are looming relaxed.

Breathe and let it go.

From the throat to the third eye,

Ajna,

Main gate to higher consciousness,

One pedal on the left,

One pedal on the right,

This is a deep purple,

Brilliant purple,

A five-pointed white star sits on a cobalt blue ring sitting on a golden ring,

Kutastha.

Through that star,

Bursting into the crown chakra,

Thousand-rayed lotus at the top of the head,

Hovering above your head in space,

Fly above yourself like a little hummingbird that shoots straight up,

Turns,

Looks down,

And see yourself from above.

Find yourself love and light,

Compassion,

Patience,

Encouragement.

Only you can do this for you and you did it.

Honor that in yourself.

Great job,

Reenter the third eye,

Dropping down in through the spot between the eyebrows,

Into the throat and into the heart,

And allow yourself to fall back into the deep heart,

The backside of the heart,

Into infinite expanse,

Your higher nature,

Your true nature,

Where your painless,

Genderless,

Limitless,

Free,

Expansive,

Powerful,

Creative,

Energetic,

Healthy,

Strong,

Loving,

Connected,

Healed,

Unfathomably beautiful,

Unfathomably powerful,

Beauty and power beyond measure,

Your true nature,

The unnameable one,

Love.

That's as close as we can get it.

The whole purpose of the class is to get you to a deep place of surrender so you can go deep into yourself in meditation and silence.
