This is a guided meditation to take you deep into your inner realms of consciousness. It is a grounding immersion into the Self capital letter "S". May aid in achieving a deep sleep state. Guided visualization assists the listener in letting go.

Transcript

Namaste.

Lie down and relax.

Feel your body against the floor.

Feel the floor supporting your body.

Relax your toes.

Any tension melting out of the toes and feet.

Relax your ankles.

Feet and ankles holding you up your whole life.

Let them relax.

Relax your shins and calves.

Relax your knees.

Feel the backs of the knees open and melt away.

Relax your hamstrings and thighs.

Your hips,

Pelvis,

Glutes and groin melt away.

Allow your legs to dissolve in space like sugar in water.

Notice how the back softens,

The abdomen softens as you let your legs go.

Breathe into the front of your hips and hip flexors and psoas muscles in the front of your hips.

The emotional muscle.

Lots of emotion,

Stress stored in the hips and psoas.

Allow that to melt away.

Feel your back relax.

Your lower back.

Your middle back.

Your upper back.

Allow your whole torso to melt away.

Spilling light into your shoulders.

Relax your shoulders,

Your arms,

Elbows.

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands.

Arms are lumen and relaxed.

Relax your neck.

Relax your throat.

Relax your jaw.

Your facial muscles,

Your eyes.

The muscles in back of the eyes.

Your temples,

Your forehead,

Your scalp and the top of your head.

Let your whole head relax.

Mind is still.

Like a still lake.

Without any ripples.

The ripples being the thoughts.

Allow the lake or your mind to be still.

Shimmering moonlight on its surface and just observe.

Be in the stillness.

Take a few deep breaths as you are.

Just in the stillness.

Take a deep inhale and dive into the center of the lake and experience your true nature.

As you plunge deeper and deeper within your own inner universe.

A universe of infinite possibility.

Where you're ageless,

Timeless,

Painless,

Genderless,

Limitless free.

Expansive,

Powerful,

Creative,

Energetic,

Healthy,

Loving,

Connected,

Healed and fully relaxed.

Let yourself keep going deeper and deeper down into the depths of the water.

Deep water completely still.

Regardless of the lake,

If there's a storm on the surface.

Deep water still.

Feel the calm expanse of you.

And relax deeper.

Notice if there's any resistance to letting go further.

If there is,

Just be with it.

You turn and notice,

Oh,

There's more to discover and allow yourself to go deeper.

This water has turned to vast space.

Infinite space.

Infinite potentiality.

Timeless.

No past,

No future.

Timeless.

Allow yourself to fall deeper.

Continue to go as deep as you like.

In silence.
