Namaste.
Sit comfortably or lie down.
Sit with your spine straight,
Feet flat on the floor,
Chin parallel to the floor and shoulders back.
Relax your abdomen and breathe slowly in through the nose and out through the nose.
The belly will balloon out as you inhale and exhale it will come back in.
Starting at Muladhar,
The base chakra.
Send loving kindness to this center.
Four-rayed lotus at the tailbone.
One petal on the top,
One petal on the bottom,
One on the left and one on the right.
Like a red lotus flower.
Send your attention and loving kindness to the center.
This center is a major gate for grounding.
It holds tremendous power.
Gratitude to the center.
Imagine light traveling up from that center into Swadhisthan at your sacrum.
A six-rayed lotus.
Orange in color.
One petal on the top,
One on the bottom,
Two on the right,
Two on the left.
With your attention send loving kindness to this center.
Gratitude.
A driving force in this world.
Creative force.
Spin this lotus clockwise.
And just notice both Muladhar and Swadhisthan spinning clockwise.
Breathe into the front of these two centers and exhale out the back of them.
These chakras have a front and a back.
We want these gates open.
Inhale through the front of them.
Exhale out of the back of them.
Allow the energy,
Golden light,
Travel up within Shashumna,
The central channel of your spine.
Into Manipura at the navel center.
Ten-rayed lotus,
Golden yellow in color.
One petal on the top,
One on the bottom,
Four on the right,
Four on the left.
Imagine this lotus and send loving kindness to each and every petal.
Like you're petting the petal or washing them clean from any debris.
Manipura is your place in the world.
Relationship,
How do you interact with others?
In every arena of your life.
Be it workplace,
Home life,
Spiritual life.
Wash each and every petal clean until it can spin easily clockwise.
Emanating its golden light out.
Breathe into the front of the center.
Allow your abdomen to balloon out as you inhale.
And exhale,
Allow the exhale to breathe through the backside of that center.
Do that again,
Inhale lower belly,
Breathing in the front of that center.
And exhale out the back of it.
And then reverse that,
Inhale from the backside of the center.
And exhale out the front.
Again,
Inhale through the nose out the back of that center.
And exhale out the front.
Golden light from its center traveling higher into the heart chakra,
Anahata.
Twelve-rayed lotus spinning brilliant green.
One petal on the top,
One on the bottom,
Five on the right,
Five on the left.
Send loving kindness,
Gratitude to this center.
Washing each and every petal clean.
Just like the numbers on a clock,
Just wipe each and every petal clean with your consciousness.
Clearing your heart of any past hurt,
Trauma,
Betrayal,
Mistrust,
Misdeeds,
Sadness,
Grief.
Clearing each and every petal.
Starting at the top all the way around.
Until all those petals,
Those connection points of the heart chakra are washed clean.
Breathe into the front of the heart center and exhale out the back.
Allow yourself to do this a few times,
Sending loving kindness,
Gratitude for an open heart.
Breathe into the front of the heart and exhale out the back.
And reverse that.
Really take your time with this.
Breathe into the backside of the heart.
Notice energetically how that feels in your body to think of the backside of your body,
Especially in the center.
And exhale out the front.
As our eyes are always looking forward,
We forget about the backside of us.
Allow yourself to focus on the backside of the heart center.
And to hold onto and protect there.
Just as we hear someone stab me in the back.
It's the back of the heart center that can shield and we want that open.
Open light traveling up from that center to the throat.
Vishwidi,
Sixteen-rayed lotus.
One on the top,
One on the bottom,
Seven on the right,
Seven on the left.
Beautiful lotus,
Sometimes depicted as the night sky,
Moonless sky.
This is a major gate to higher consciousness,
Higher awareness,
Your true nature.
This space is vast,
Open but not empty.
Your voice in the world,
Creativity itself,
And major connection from heart to third eye.
Breathe into the front of this chakra and exhale out the back.
Like the breeze is just blowing right through your throat and exhaling out the back.
Feel the connection between the heart and the throat.
Golden light traveling from that brilliant green to this vast,
Deep,
Dark night sky in the throat.
And back down.
Allow for this connection.
Allow yourself to lead with your heart and utilize your voice.
The voice can be in action,
Does not have to be in words.
We speak with our behavior and our intentions.
From the throat to medulla oblongata at the base of the skull,
It's a two-rayed lotus.
Major gate to higher consciousness,
One petal on the left,
One on the right.
Its mirror reflection is the third eye,
Ajna,
The spot between the eyebrows.
A state of concentration meditation.
It's a two-rayed lotus,
Deep,
Rich purple.
This lotus has krutasta,
Which is a five-pointed white star sitting on a cobalt ring that sits on a golden ring.
These two are one.
Connect by entering in medulla oblongata,
The base of the skull,
And shoot straight through to the third eye.
Notice that as you look at the third eye,
There's an intuitive sense of turning back on yourself,
Interiorizing and looking at medulla oblongata,
As if you're looking in the rear-view mirror.
Turn your attention back in on itself towards medulla as you look at third eye.
This will help you interiorize.
Drop back down all the way into the tailbone and travel up the spine,
Sending loving-kindness to each center.
Tailbone to sacrum,
Sacrum to navel,
Navel to heart,
Heart to throat,
Throat to medulla and third eye.
And shoot straight up through the center of your head to the crown chakra.
Thousand-rayed lotus above your head spinning in space,
Golden light,
Thousand connection points.
Loving-kindness to this great center.
Beautiful,
Brilliant,
Golden light spinning above your head in space.
We have 72,
000 channels of energy called nadis.
These 10 gates,
The seven chakras,
And including ida and pingala,
The two looping channels that loop through each and every chakra,
Through the central channel,
Shashumna.
When these 10 gates are in balance,
That's what yogis call health.
Loving-kindness to the crown chakra that connects it all.
Beautiful place to manifest and create.
You can take the time to do that now if you'd like.
It's an intention to have more balanced energy body or whatever it is you like.
Allowing the energy down in through the crown into the third eye.
Allowing that intention to come down in through the throat,
Into the heart,
Into the navel,
The sacrum and tailbone.
Feeling the flow up and down the spine.
Reconnect with yourself in your body.
And just notice the shift in your energy body by mere simple attention.
The most powerful tool we have is our attention.
Where are you placing it?
Feel your feet on the floor again.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And honor yourself for taking the time.
Only you can give this to you.
Namaste.
