Welcome.
This is a grounding meditation.
Great to do any time of the day or night right before bed.
So if you're sitting or lying down,
Just allow yourself to rest into whatever you're feeling beneath you,
Be it the bed,
A chair,
Couch,
Or Mother Earth herself.
Deeply breathe in through your lower belly as if you're breathing all the way down into your tailbone sacrum and drawing a line all the way down to the center of the earth.
Exhale,
Allow that line of energy to come up back up through your tailbone.
So breathing in and down into the center of the earth,
Sending loving-kindness to the earth.
And exhale,
Allow it to draw back up,
Maybe all the way into the navel and your belly.
Lower belly breath.
Inhale,
Lower belly balloons up as you draw energy and send loving-kindness down,
All the way down into the center of the earth.
And exhale,
Allow that to come back up.
And you can do this very gently.
I'm just tapping in with Mother Earth that has supported you and I,
All of us,
All of our lives,
Sending loving-kindness,
Gratitude.
As we allow the,
As you hear the wind passing through the trees,
As if to say hello and thank you.
She hears you.
She loves you.
And she's holding you always.
This tremendous power that we ourselves are a part of Mother Nature.
Not at all separate,
But a part of,
Like one of the trees in the forest.
And yet connected to it all.
Breathe in like you're in the middle of this pine forest,
Aspen trees with their leaves shaking in the wind,
Saying hello.
The smell of rich pine,
Dirt,
Twigs.
Allow the wind to caress your soul.
Gently belly breathe and draw energy into your heart.
Having a very deep ground will help the heart open.
Just tune in with your heart center.
Just notice if there's any constriction or resistance to your presence with it,
Or is there something that needs to be heard?
Just listen with your entire presence.
Not listening with the ears,
But listening with your whole being.
Be with your heart.
And allow for whatever it is that is going on to come up to the surface.
Rather than resisting anything that may be happening,
Anything situational,
Or just feeling of stress or tension.
Be with it.
With your presence.
Meet it.
Face on.
Like you're having a cup of tea with it.
Just be with it.
And notice how it starts to change.
Maybe warming to,
Oh I'm not alone,
Someone's listening.
Your presence with yourself matters.
The most valuable thing we have,
Ramana Maharshi said,
Is our attention.
How much attention do you give yourself,
Your heart,
Without judgment?
Just give it to yourself now.
And continue to stay with this as long as you like.
Meeting whatever comes up with your full attention and presence.
Meeting whatever comes up with your full attention and presence.
And knowing that you are love itself.
You are peace itself.
You are happiness.
Nothing to attain outside of you will bring it.
Only just your attention acknowledging who you truly are.
Blessings and peace to you all.
Namaste.
Namaste.
