What are you focusing on?
In this day and age,
It's becoming more and more of a challenge to keep your mind focused on a goal.
Constant accessibility,
Outside influences and ever decreasing attention span among young people do the rest.
So what does it mean when you scatter your focus?
You become much more receptive to the people who can hold their focus.
You will even serve the goals and focus of others rather than your own goals and focus.
There is nothing wrong with that as long as it happens consciously.
But let's face it,
Most people live a life where they are impressed by the brands,
Status symbols and lifestyles of famous people but are far from being there themselves.
The point is that you are happy in the long run and your desires sort themselves into a higher order so you only claim what is really yours.
So choose wisely and rather focus on what you want.
What suits you?
Feel the way it feels to have a great partner.
Think like you would think if you want to go through life healthy and calm.
And do the things you have to do,
For example,
If you want to be wealthy and have a lot of money.
In the Bible,
In Mark 11,
Verse 24 it says,
Therefore I tell you,
Whatever you ask for in prayer,
Believe that you have received it,
And it will be yours.
This sentence is so powerful,
Even more powerful is the realization behind it.
You determine the circumstances,
Your feeling,
Your mood,
Your thinking and your actions create what you desire.
Many people think,
It won't work that way or,
Even worse,
It won't work anyway.
But they don't realize that with this sentence they even confirm the superior law.
For each person,
The life circumstances happen according to his or her belief.
But if you train your mind to be positively surprised with abundance by the universe,
By the higher source of all being,
By God,
Then it will also happen to you according to your belief.
One can see this law very well with the placebo effect.
Some people who have examined this in studies were given something that looked like the medicine but it was not the medicine.
They believed it was a drug,
Took it and actually had an effect.
That means the large group of people even received a medical benefit from a treatment that was without an active ingredient.
This is very fascinating and shows how powerful the mind is.
An effect that medicine cannot explain well but which I think should be researched much more.
Why?
Because in the placebo effect lies the seed for widespread healing of individual ailments.
With a correct application of this effect,
One would at best not have to take any medications at all,
Which are often provided with active ingredients that still produce side effects.
The placebo effect therefore means full benefit with no risk.
But the effect also works the other way around,
Which is expressed in the nocebo effect.
If I believe that the drug or treatment will not work,
Then it will not work.
My mind is not open to it.
No matter how many people have gone through this treatment positively before.
No matter how many studies I have been reading,
The nocebo effect briefly describes,
If I don't believe in a treatment,
Then it will have little or no effect on me.
Do you see the far-reaching consequences on your life?
To stay with the example of medication or health,
The first thing you should be aware of – believe in your treatment yourself.
Do not do anything where you yourself are skeptical or do not trust in a success.
Only if you fully believe in it yourself,
It will really work.
The far-reaching consequences of this effect can also be found in other areas of life.
Do you focus on the feeling of loneliness or the feeling of spending time with others?
Your life will mirror it to you.
Do you focus on what you don't have in your life,
Living a life full of lack?
Or are you grateful for what you already have and grateful for what you will get?
Life will mirror it to you.
So,
What are you focusing on?
Write it in the comments,
I'll be happy to hear it from you.
