Are we?

How about we see if we can take a moment here to focus your mind.

We're gonna start to come into the present moment.

So you'll notice the things around you that you can see.

The colors of your kitchen.

You'll start to notice maybe any smells that are lingering here,

Some food or cleaning solution that you're using.

You'll bring your awareness to any sounds that you can hear.

Then you'll see if you can feel the air that is around you.

You might notice it on your arms or on your face.

How long can you maintain this level of awareness?

Imagine how efficient you could be and how much more you could get done if you could bring this level of focus into everything that you do today.

Each one minute of mindfulness is an opportunity to train your brain to focus on what is important.
