Welcome to your practice of 61 point meditation and shavasana.
I'd like you to find a space that you can be ideally comfortable and not disturbed.
And I want you to be really comfortable for this practice.
So typically shavasana is performed supine on your back with the arms and legs extended long with the palms turned skyward and the toes gently turning outward.
But if there's a variation that you'd like to take that allows your body to feel really comfortable and relaxed,
Please do take that position.
So taking a few moments to get yourself settled,
Finding yourself warm and comfortable.
And then either taking a soft gaze or closing your eyes fully.
As we move through this practice,
I'd like you to follow the sound of my voice.
As we move through the different points of your body,
You may experience the point says a feeling of awareness,
Or perhaps there's a seeing that happens with your inner eye.
However you experience the practice,
However this arrives for you is perfectly okay.
There's no doing this wrong.
So as you begin to settle in,
I want you to bring your awareness to the center of your forehead.
And bringing your awareness to your throat.
As you soften into your body,
Bring your awareness to your right shoulder.
Right elbow.
Right wrist.
Tip of the right thumb.
Tip of the right index finger.
Middle finger.
Ring finger.
Little finger.
Right wrist.
Right elbow.
Right shoulder.
Center of your chest.
Left shoulder.
Left elbow.
Left wrist.
Tip of the left thumb.

Ring finger.
Little finger.
