Dear soul,
Thank you for being here.
I welcome you to this guided meditation.
You are free to sit or lay down and make yourself more and more comfortable as you listen.
You may find that closing your eyes during this meditation makes you deeper immersed in the experience.
You might even enjoy the comfortable sensation of shutting off the outside world for a little while,
While different parts of your body relax in the pace that is right for you.
You can move and adjust your position whenever you want.
You are free to choose and act.
Thoughts may come and go,
Like passing clouds on a blue sky.
No need to hold on to the clouds as they pass.
Clouds come and go.
That's nature.
And if it's ok for you,
I wonder if you can breathe in through your nose,
Down into your belly,
And breathe out your mouth.
And just do that for a few moments.
And maybe you can notice the temperature of the air going in inside your nostrils.
The coolness of the life force you are breathing in.
And the warmth when you breathe out.
And you can continue to breathe in your natural rhythm now,
If you want to.
I want to ask if you can part your teeth just a little bit.
Open your mouth just a little bit.
While doing so,
Your unconscious mind starts to relax all the muscles in your face.
Imagine a nice cube in a glass of warm water,
Melting.
And the muscles in your forehead and inside your eyes melt like that ice cube.
And you can allow yourself to sink deeper into a safe and comfortable state.
Maybe you will drift deeper towards the center of inner peace.
Or you'll just float safely and naturally along the border where harmony and tranquility meet.
And you're doing good.
And it is safe to allow your shoulders to drop.
And as your shoulders drop,
Eventually you might notice how letting go makes you more and more calm.
I want to share a story with you.
There once was a worrisome man who liked to go for hikes.
Every hike he went to,
He carried a backpack full of heavy rocks.
He didn't know what he needed those rocks for.
But he feared that if he did let go of them,
He would then need them for something.
He did not know what that something might be.
So just to be sure,
Just to be on the safe side,
He carried them with him,
Even though those rocks weighed him down.
The backpack had dug marks on his shoulders through years of carrying it.
The rocks caused him pain.
Or more correctly,
He caused himself pain by carrying them.
It would be better to equip the backpack with a phone,
Compass,
Pocket knife,
Binoculars,
Matches,
Food and water.
But those familiar old rocks took up all the space.
One day,
While high on a mountain trail,
The man's knees gave out on him.
He found a tree and sat down and leaned into it.
He opened up his bag and looked at all those rocks.
They were to no use.
He dropped the backpack and gazed into the landscape while he contemplated his life,
His decisions,
His path ahead.
After hours of deep soul searching,
He realized that the rocks represented his fears.
It was as if he had formed a bond with them.
And even though he wanted to be free by just throwing out the rocks,
He found himself too attached to them.
They were familiar and that made him feel safe,
Even though they were the reason why he was stuck.
Now,
He had to let go of some of them so he could start his journey back home.
He suddenly remembered something his grandmother once told him,
And she was a wise woman.
There is a difference between instinctive fear that works with intuition to keep you safe from actual danger,
Versus fear caused by the mismanagement of your imagination.
Make an effort to build mental fortitude and emotional control.
Tend your mental and emotional garden.
Some weeds in the garden are not a problem unless they take over the garden.
That is a problem.
The weeds of unnecessary worry about imagined scenarios disconnects you from your instincts and intuition.
You are the chief gardener of your mind.
Tend to your garden.
He remembered this so vividly,
As if his grandmother was there with him.
He took out a rock from his backpack.
It symbolized a fear,
A worry and an unnecessary burden that he had carried for too long.
As he discarded it,
He felt slightly lighter.
And then he threw out some more.
He took his time.
He wasn't quite ready to discard all of them quite yet,
But the process of healing has started.
Standing up,
He felt a sense of liberation he had never experienced before.
His knees no longer strained by the weight.
With each step,
He felt more invigorated and more alive.
After a couple of weeks,
He decided to leave his backpack at home on his next hike.
And he packed a new backpack,
Replacing the rocks with essentials that would truly aid him.
These were tools that would prepare him for actual potential challenges he could face,
Not the imaginary ones that he had burdened himself with.
And while this story might linger for a few more moments,
You may or may not notice how different parts of your body relax more now.
I wonder if you can imagine that you're standing somewhere in nature by a lake,
Barefoot,
Surrounded by majestic mountains.
Notice in your mind whatever it is that you notice about this place.
The sounds,
The colors,
The air,
Or something else.
I don't know if you carry a backpack with you,
But if you are,
You can take it off now and imagine placing it on a small wooden boat that you push out onto the lake.
And maybe you can get a sensation of the support under your feet as you stand there,
Connecting deeper and deeper with Earth,
Connecting to the mountains,
Stronger and stronger,
Becoming one with the mountains now.
Imagine further ahead of you in the sky between the mountains,
A vortex of energy starts appearing as if the sky opens up.
This is your spirit,
Your inner divine self,
The part of you connected to the source of creation,
The most powerful and healing energy that can transmute negative patterns into resources and reconnect you with the essence of courage,
Inner peace,
And self-trust.
Imagine as you stand there that you're holding a book in one of your hands.
In this book,
You'll find photos and handwritten texts that represent the disempowering beliefs,
Thought patterns,
And emotional reactions of fear and worry.
Some of the photos and texts are from your childhood,
And some of the content in this book might not even be your own.
Maybe you copied it from someone else.
You assumed they were yours.
All those fears and worries about what if,
What if this happens,
What if that happens,
The what if game never ends unless you put an end to it.
Your spirit reminds you that by confronting your fears,
You will gain self-awareness,
Courage,
And self-trust.
You focus your time and attention on solutions.
When you face your fears,
You stop them from taking up residency in your mind,
Body,
And soul.
The fear is not even paying rent.
You are paying for it with your time,
Attention,
And energy,
With your soul's currency.
You might ask yourself,
Is it worth it?
As the old monk said to his daughter,
If the foundation of one's house is cracking up,
Choosing to paint it to hide its cracks and defects can help the facade look better.
But will this action lead to a healthier foundation?
Within the book are also answers and solutions to your challenges.
Things you need to confront,
Things you need to deal with outside of yourself,
And most importantly,
Within yourself.
Decisions you can make,
Actions you can take.
You don't need to see them clearly now.
Just imagine that the pages of resources and insights are shimmering in golden light.
Imagine the information within these golden pages starts floating towards you,
Towards your head and body.
You start absorbing the words into your forehead,
Your heart,
And just underneath your navel.
I will be quiet now for a little while as you continue to absorb.
Now,
As your subconscious mind has absorbed the insights,
Your spirit is calling on you to cut the connection with the unresourceful parts of this book by soon throwing this book into the energy vortex in front of you.
Since you've now absorbed the resources of the book,
You don't need it anymore.
Imagine the book turning grey.
Imagine the book starting to rot.
Mold starts growing on its cover.
Imagine that you aim at the vortex and with all your power and intent,
You throw that book now and it flies towards the energy vortex It starts burning on its way.
Those fears and worries are moving at a fast pace away from you,
Becoming smaller and smaller the further away it goes,
Moving so far away that you start losing sight of it.
As it hits the core of the energy vortex,
It disappears.
Imagine now that you stretch out both of your arms to each side.
If you feel like it,
You are free to do so physically as well,
In your body here now.
Imagine that a golden eagle starts flying out from the energy vortex,
Effortlessly floating,
Soaring,
So free,
So peaceful.
Imagine that you and that eagle connect now.
Your energies align and bond together.
And you transform and become that eagle now.
Imagine being the eagle,
Realizing now that this eagle is your inner divine self,
Your spirit.
You are completely free now,
Soaring the skies,
And from here,
You can see your life from a higher perspective.
And a higher perspective gives you a deeper understanding of the different things unfolding in your life,
Deeper insight and awareness.
While floating free and alive,
Notice that you down there on the ground.
Start flying towards that you down there.
And imagine that you standing there with both arms stretched out,
And you as the eagle land softly on one of the arms.
And as you do so,
You transfer the energy of freedom.
You transfer the power to make changes,
To take action,
To do what is right.
And your subconscious mind integrates all these resources now in the deepest part of you.
You have the power and awareness to focus on solutions,
Focus on things that you can control,
Build mental fortitude,
And do deep inner work to heal and evolve on a personal and spiritual level.
You are capable of learning and improving,
Aren't you?
You can change because you have free will to make decisions and take meaningful action.
You could become skillful at many things,
Because you have the resource within you to learn new things.
Your inner peace is growing,
Calm confidence is blooming,
Becoming stronger and stronger,
Like a majestic oak tree,
Growing taller and stronger now,
More resilient,
Sturdy,
And grounded.
And all of this happens because of your conscious decisions and your deliberate actions.
You are conscious and wise in the face of challenges.
You are conscious and wise in the face of challenges.
Your ability to stay calm and balanced enhances every day as a result of your effort to physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
And energetically take care of yourself.
You are allowed to.
You have the right to.
You deserve to live fully now.
You got what it takes.
You must know this about yourself.
Move beyond belief.
You got what it takes to transform,
Heal,
And expand now.
Now it is up to you to show up for yourself.
The time spent on fear and worries is now replaced with a focus on learning skills,
Improve your mindset,
And take necessary action to protect and empower yourself.
Imagine flying off now,
Soaring high,
Imagine floating effortlessly.
And as you float effortlessly,
Imagine that underneath you there is a big river that separates into several streams.
These streams reflect your choices,
Paths you can take.
With the acute senses and the clear vision of the eagle,
Detect the stream that stands out the most.
I don't know if it stands out with a color,
A sound,
Or something else.
Imagine now that you follow that stream into the future of your life.
And when you do so,
What do you notice the most?
What do you see?
What do you sense?
How do you feel?
How is your body posture?
How do you move your body?
How do you speak?
What do you say to yourself?
Just take your time and go with whatever comes.
I'm going to be quiet for a little while,
While you soar over that future timeline of yours.
Imagine you start flying back into the present moment.
And imagine that you as that eagle land on your lap here and now,
Merging and integrating this transformational healing process.
All the resources becoming one with you now.
Activating creational fire in your heart and your body and soul.
You are here to show up and shine.
Start bringing yourself fully back into your present physical surroundings now.
It helps to move your fingers,
Your toes,
And you can smile even if you want to.
I mean,
No one's forcing you to smile,
Of course.
It's just that it looks good on you,
Even when no one's looking.
Take with you now the sense of inner peace,
Freedom,
And empowerment from this journey.
Take it with you into your daily life.
While your subconscious mind continues to integrate and reinforce the positive impact of our interaction.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Feeling good,
Alive,
And aware.
