This season begins with the autumn equinox,
A time of equilibrium between day and night.
As the season progresses,
We experience the nights becoming longer with each day.
The season of autumn eases the transition between summer and winter.
May this transition into longer nights be an invitation to journey deeper into your own depths,
To embrace the abundance of darkness for personal solitude,
Rest,
And contemplation.
And now follow me into a sacred energetic space that I have prepared just for you to receive this meditation.

Imagine yourself sitting on the top of a hill.
Feel a blanket of soft grass below you,
A cool and refreshing breeze around you,
And warm rays of sunshine above you.
Your view overlooks a beautiful landscape,
Revealing the colors of the changing leaves,
Providing you with a wider view of the stream of life and allowing you to witness the grace of birds soaring high in the sky.
As dusk begins to near,
I invite you to enjoy a moment to yourself as I begin to rake some leaves in preparation for our campfire.
