As you begin to deepen your breath,

Silently to yourself say,
I am safe.
I am peaceful.
I am happy.
I am loved.
What does the sensation of safety feel like in your body?
What does it feel like in your body to feel peaceful?
What does it feel like in your body to feel happy?
What does love feel like to you?
Return your awareness to your breath.
Let your breath guide you today.
Take a slow,
Deep breath and say to yourself,
I am safe.
As you inhale,
Invite the sensation of safety into your body.
Let yourself feel safe in this moment.
As you exhale,
Send safety to the foundation of your body,
Your legs,
Your hips,
Your core.
Take another breath.
Send safety through your torso and around your heart.
Allow your heart to feel safe.
Take another breath.
Feel safety flow up your shoulders and neck,
Through the jaw and crown of your head.
Stay with these feelings as long as you like,
