You can place a hand or both hands on your belly to help you slow down your breathing and to breathe deeper into your belly.
Feel how this helps you to relax more and more.
And then you imagine that you're walking in the forest.
Feel how your feet touch the soft earth.
And feel how this helps you to feel more and more grounded with every step you take.
And just walk calmly between the trees and feel this calming and refreshing energy of the forest.
Enjoy the beautiful trees surrounding you.
And feel how the energy of the trees refreshes your energy.
The trees are sending you healing energy to help you release stress and tension.
Keep walking slowly and peacefully and feel how your energy feels lighter and lighter.
Enjoy the beautiful trees around you and keep breathing deeply and slowly.
The trees are helping you to release negative thoughts about yourself or about what happened,
About things you did or things you still have to do.
Just let them go these thoughts.
Let the trees take them from you because you don't need them.
The healing energy of the trees helps you to release these negative thoughts.
They're being absorbed and transformed by the forest.
And keep breathing deeply and slowly as you release more and more negative thoughts.
Maybe there's something today that you're not looking forward to.
Maybe you're worrying about something.
These thoughts are not helping you.
Try to imagine them turning into clouds and see them fly away.
More and more thoughts fly away with the help of the trees and their healing energy.
And inside of you there's more and more space.
Space for positive thoughts,
For beautiful thoughts,
For happy thoughts about your day,
For positive thoughts about what's going to happen today,
About the things that you're about to do.
Because what if things would go well?
And keep breathing deeply and slowly.
And feel how inside of you there's more and more space for more energy.
Feel how the energy of the forest gives you strength.
Feel how it gives you energy.
You feel the sun shine through the leaves on your skin.

Feel how you are feeling,

And with that positive feeling,

To the place where you're lying or sitting,
