You are guided to connect to your heart and the heart of earth for presence and holding. We nurture our own inner wisdom and journey inwards with the shadows of the Winter Solstice and invite in the new light from our North Star to guide our way.

Hello and welcome to your meditation.

Taking the first few moments of this meditation to get the body in a comfortable position and to soften into the space that is holding you.

Choosing in either upright seated position or lying back down on your back of your body.

And just making any adjustments you need to in your body to release any surface tension.

And setting yourself up open to receiving and connecting deeper with your breath and your heart through the practice.

Starting to become aware of your breath in and out through the nose.

Feeling with each exhale that deeper sense of connection to yourself.

Feeling with each exhale you settling in more softly into the space surrounding your physical body.

Each breath taking you deeper to connection and softness.

And as we continue with this breath we just invite in the energy of this winter solstice.

A time of inner quiet energy.

A time to go within and feel into what is present.

To feel into what aligns authentically with our heart.

A time to feel into and trust into our intentions for our journey forward.

As we move past the shadow solstice and the shadow of this new moon and harness the energy for inner reflection,

Heart alignment and nurture one's soul calling as we invite in our new light on our path forward to illumination.

So just allowing your breath and this energy to settle into your physical body.

Into your emotional body.

Into your energetic body.

As our whole self aligns.

Continuing to breathe with your soft inhales and exhales.

And just starting to notice what is present for you in your whole self right now.

Gently moving the awareness into your heart space at the center of your chest and at the center of your body.

Breathing into the core of yourself at your heart.

Soft inhales and soft exhales.

As you allow yourself to just feel into your heart space.

And it's with your next exhale you move your awareness deeper into the body,

Into the core center of your body and let that exhale move you downwards through the body,

Through to the base of the body and out and into earth.

Allowing your breaths to carry you down into the center of earth.

Finding earth's center,

Finding earth's heart.

And just allow yourself to be intuitively led to heart's earth.

To earth's center.

And here is a green light.

And with that light is an offering from earth.

And as you feel your heart center and earth's heart center connected.

You open yourself up to receiving her offerings.

Her offerings of support,

Feeling held,

Of heart presence,

Of balance.

And just allowing your breaths to hold these intentions from mother earth.

To hold these qualities from mother earth and all that she has to offer you.

And with your next inhale you follow,

Your path from earth's heart all the way up through earth to her surface,

Up through the base of your body,

Through the center and core of you to your heart.

Allowing your heart to receive these offerings from earth.

And then exhaling down the front of your body to the very tip of the base of your spine.

And inhaling up the back of your body up your spine to the crown of your head.

Exhaling down the front of the body through heart into your base.

And inhaling up the back of your body through the spine and each vertebra to the top of your head to crown.

Exhaling down the front of the body.

Inhaling up the spine to crown.

And taking a few breaths at your crown chakra.

And as your crown opens and expands,

You follow the light from the crown of your head skyward.

Connecting to a star,

A star that is guided to be with you now.

And as you connect in with this star and its light,

This star is offering you up guidance,

Guidance into your body,

Guidance into your heart,

Lighting your way forward.

And as you exhale,

You draw the light from your star down through the crown of your head,

Down the front of your body to the base of your body.

And as you inhale,

You bring that light up through your spine to the crown of your head.

Exhale down the front of the body.

Inhale up the back of the body to crown.

Exhaling down the front of the body.

And inhaling the light up through the back of the body to crown.

Gently starting to bring your awareness into your heart again.

The meeting of the green heart light and the light of your star as they find their way into your heart's energy.

Your heart holding the center of the light of the star,

The presence of heart and the wisdom of heart.

Feeling into the wisdom and light of your heart now,

Opening up your whole self to receive her messages,

Her guidance,

Her intuition.

Using each breath that you take as an opportunity to nurture the wisdom of your heart,

To plant the seeds of intentions for your way forward.

Each breath nurturing your intentions of heart.

Each breath feeling and seeing your heart space,

Light and energy grow and expand.

Knowing with each expansion and each breath,

The wisdom and light of your heart is growing and being nurtured.

Feeling this light and energy of your heart moving to all places of your body.

Your physical body,

Your emotional body,

Your energetic body.

Feeling yourself completely embody the heart's wisdom connected to Earth's heart and sky's light.

Starting to deepen your breaths as you slowly start to feel back into the physical body.

Feeling back into the space that is holding your body.

Feeling more connected,

Feeling more entrust.

As you start to make movement in your body now,

Gently awakening the body,

Moving the fingers and the toes,

The wrists and the ankles,

And just allowing that movement to spread throughout your whole body.

Deepening your breaths,

Opening your eyes.

Maybe just bringing your hands to your heart.
