This mindful movement meditation invites you to connect with your body through gentle, intuitive movement and breath awareness. Instead of forcing stillness, you’ll explore a soft, somatic approach to mindfulness—moving with curiosity, compassion and presence. Through embodied movements like shoulder rolls, neck releases, wrist spirals and gentle stretching, you’ll begin to release tension, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with the natural rhythm of your breath. There is no right or wrong way to move here. This is your practice. If at any moment movement doesn’t feel right, you are always welcome to simply breathe and rest in awareness. Come as you are, move as you feel and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your body.
