You enter this space as you are to see where this exploration will guide you,
What it may help you to remember or uncover aspects of yourself you may have hid away for fear of ridicule or perhaps rejection.
But you are safe here.
In this space,
You are free to be anything you want to.
Deep into your belly,
Feel it expand as it fills with breath.
Slowly let it release with a hiss.
How long can you extend your breath?
Squeeze your belly button into your spine until there is no more air to release.
Through your nose,
Deep inhale once again.
This time,
Blow out a candle on release.
Now bring your attention to your heart space.
Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
Now imagine a bright light glowing at the center of your chest.
It could be pink or green or white if you prefer,
Or a mix of the three swirling in a slow spiral around your heart.
How does this feel?
Is it warm?
Cool?
Can you soften and allow the light to expand to cover your neck and shoulders?
Let it cover your head.
The entire upper body is surrounded,
Enveloped in this healing light.
Breathe in its medicine.
Let it fill your lungs and as you breathe out,
The light begins to travel down your torso,
Wrapping around your stomach and down your back.
The light pours its energy into you,
Filling you with confidence and courage.
Breathe in to receive the light's gift to you.
Exhale and feel the light wash over your hips and thighs,
Over your seat and the backs of your legs,
Landing at the soles of your feet and seeping back into the ground beneath you.
Feel the earth's support,
How it holds you gently with no complaints.
You're allowed to take up space here.
Gravity will support you.
You are safe here.

Slowly begin to reawaken the body.
