Transcript

Sitting quietly,

I bring my awareness to my breath,

Allowing my belly to rise and fall naturally,

Allowing my breath to be deep.

And as I breathe in,

I feel the breath go all the way down to the tips of my toes,

The ends of my fingers.

I feel the breath nourishing the body.

And as I breathe,

I become aware of how my body is feeling right now.

I take a moment to scan it and see if there's anywhere in particular that needs some special attention.

And if there is,

I take all my awareness there.

And if there isn't a particular spot,

Then I choose one.

I allow my breath to reach that place.

And I become present with whatever is happening in that part of my body.

As I breathe in,

I allow peace to fill that area in my body.

And I check if that part of my body is trying to give me a message in this moment.

And I listen to that message.

I check if there's anything it needs.

And I allow it to have that.

And now I take a moment to check what's happening for me energetically in this moment.

If I'm feeling more energy in some areas and less in others,

Or if there's a particular place energetically that needs my attention.

I allow peace to fill this area,

The energy of peace.

And I see if there's a message for me from this energetic place.

I listen.

Is something needed for me energetically at this moment?

And if there is,

I allow that to emerge.

And I notice that as I breathe,

And as I become aware of these different aspects,

If I'm already starting to feel more peaceful,

If this act of presence and mindful listening is relaxing my entire system.

And now I take a moment to become aware of my heart,

Of my emotions,

My feelings,

Without any judgment.

As an observer,

I just see what is present.

And as I feel what is present,

I check if there's anything needed from me in this moment.

If my heart needs anything.

What can make my heart more peaceful in this moment?

Is there something I can provide?

I allow my heart to have that what it needs.

And next I check what's happening for me mentally right now.

Is my mind quiet and still?

Or are there thoughts going across the screen of my mind?

And whatever is happening in my mind,

I allow it to be without judgment.

I see if my mind needs something from me in this moment.

And if there is,

I allow it to have that.

And next,

I the one observing all of this,

The being within,

I connect up to my higher power,

My highest self,

To that which supports me beyond the mundane.

I connect to that which provides me hope and peace.

And I check if there's a message for me in this moment.

And whatever that message is,

I absorb it.

And I bring it down into my mind.

I allow it to fill up my heart,

Swirl in my energy and reach every corner of my body.

And now that I have absorbed that message from the divine,

I focus my awareness on peace,

On this feeling of a deep inner satisfaction of a state of calmness.

And I see this peace that I'm feeling right now.

I see it emanating out,

Vibrating out and touching the people in my immediate environment and my home.

I see that peace flowing out on a wave to the people on my street and the neighborhood I'm in.

And I see this powerful peace going to all the people in my city and the entire state.

I even see that message I receive from the divine also going to them.

And now I see this peace reaching the entire country,

The continent,

All the trees and the oceans and our entire globe.

This beautiful and brilliant earth full of so many hearts and souls.

And I take my attention now into one particular place.

I focus my attention on a place that I feel really needs peace in this moment.

And I feel that place sitting in my heart.

I feel those people sitting in my heart and together connected with source,

With all the other people meditating for peace.

I send out the vibrations of peace.

I see peace blanketing that place,

That country.

I see that message from the divine going to them.

And as I go throughout the day,

I hold these people in this place in my heart.

And every time I remember them,

I send this peace towards them and remind them of how good they are.
