So making yourself comfortable.
And then closing your eyes either fully or partially.
And then moving into your breathing.
As if your experience of the world has.
.
.
Has shrunk right down to just your breathing.
As if it's all there is to experience right now.
Just the breath.
If you find your mind wandering,
Your awareness expanding,
Very gently inviting it back down to the very simple level of your breathing.
Allowing your breathing to feel special,
To feel important.
Allowing yourself to acknowledge the preciousness of the breath.
Holding the breath as sacred,
As special.
Allowing yourself to feel it back down to the very simple level of your breathing.
As if it's all there is to experience right now.
And then closing your eyes,
Just feeling it back down to just your breathing.
As if it's all there is to experience right now.
.
.
Taking one last moment to acknowledge the sacredness and specialness of the breath and then starting to transition your awareness out to your whole body becoming aware of the physicality of your body maybe starting to move your fingers your toes your wrists your ankles your shoulders when you're ready gently opening your eyes if you're taking a look around the space that you're in orienting yourself to this space.
