So,

Making yourself comfortable,

Closing your eyes either fully or partially.

Taking a moment to notice how your body is in this moment.

Maybe checking in,

Noticing any points of tension in your body.

Any pain,

Any stress,

Any tight muscles.

If you notice any of these,

Inviting your body to relax,

To release.

We're not forcing our body,

We're simply noticing that there's tension and offering an option to our body.

We have the option to release.

Noticing what happens when you release.

Notice any emotions or any thoughts,

Any words.

As you invite your muscles to release.

What reveals itself to you?

What do you hear when you give your body permission to take a break,

To have a breather?

What is liberated as you release?

What is liberated as you release?

What is liberated as you release?

What is liberated as you release?

What is liberated as you release?

What is liberated as you release?

What is liberated as you release?

What is liberated as you release?

What is liberated as you release?

And as we start to come to the completion of this little landing meditation,

We're taking another couple of deeper breaths.

And then expanding your awareness to your body.

Maybe starting to move your fingers,

Your toes,

Your wrists,

Your ankles.

Getting in touch with the physicality of your body.

You're ready gently opening your eyes.

You're taking a look around the space that you're in just to orient yourself to the space.

Having a stretch,

The sip of your drink.
