Maybe checking in,
Noticing any points of tension in your body.
Any pain,
Any stress,
Any tight muscles.
If you notice any of these,
Inviting your body to relax,
To release.
We're not forcing our body,
We're simply noticing that there's tension and offering an option to our body.
We have the option to release.
Noticing what happens when you release.
Notice any emotions or any thoughts,
Any words.
As you invite your muscles to release.

You're taking a look around the space that you're in just to orient yourself to the space.
Having a stretch,
