Relaxing Your Body Around Your Breath

In this practice you wil focus on anchoring your awareness on the breath and allow yourself to be held by it, gently inviting your body to relax around it. This practice can be seen as a tool to use when you are feeling pannicked, stressed or overwhelmed at any given situation. Stop, relax and take the time to be present. There is nowhere to be, nothing to do, except to be here now.
