As you begin to unwind,
Relax and eventually fall asleep,
Your subconscious mind will take over,
Gently guiding you to a vivid dreamscape that holds the most potent messages you need to receive for your highest and greatest good.
So get ready now,
Make any adjustments you need to have a deep and restful sleep,
Find a comfortable position,
Maybe you need to stretch a little,
Perhaps yawn to signal to your body that it's time to let go of the day and make way for night time and all of the beautiful dreams that come along with it.
Close your eyes and allow them to get real,
Real heavy,
There's no need for them to be open,
You are safe,
So,
So safe,
You can relax and let go.
And as you lay here,
So safe and relaxed,
You sense a bright light hovering above your head,
You intuitively know that the deeper you breathe,
The bigger the light grows,
So you breathe in deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Sensing the light growing and expanding,
And you hold for a few moments when it's as big as you can get it,
And when you're ready,
You slowly exhale,
Feeling the light shrink,
Along with any thoughts that you were having,
Noticing how relaxed all the muscles in your face,
Head,
Neck and shoulders have become,
So relaxed you decide to do it again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep in-breath,
Like,
And exhale,
Light shrinking,
Muscles in your face,
Neck and shoulders becoming twice as relaxed as before,
You notice that light has moved to just above your heart,
And you inhale deeply again,
Sensing it expand as you breathe,
So you breathe to feel it expand,
And hold,
And slowly release,
Sensing it shrink along with your breath,
And slowly release,
Sensing it shrink along with the tension in your back,
Your chest and your arms,
Your hands,
And even your belly,
Again breathe deeply,
Growing the light,
Becoming the light,
Hold,
Now release the breath and any remaining tension in your body,
And now you sense it at your lower body,
So you breathe in deeply,
Allowing it to expand,
Bigger and bigger it grows,
Until you hold,
And slowly release,
And it shrinks,
Relaxing the muscles in your bum,
Groin,
Legs and feet,
Again breathing deeper,
Light growing bigger,
When you are at capacity,
Hold,
Now release,
All the muscles in your body,
So relaxed,
It's as though they're melting off the bones,
Just as you became aware of this light above your body,
You sense this light is now in the centre of the room you're in,
So you take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Knowing that the light is expanding,
Filling the room,
And touching the walls and ceiling and floor,
And hold,
And as you exhale slowly,
You feel any remaining tension in you or the room disappear,
Leaving you feeling totally calm,
Totally relaxed,
And totally ready for sleep,
Just lay there,
Nice and relaxed,
No longer controlling your breathing,
Allowing it to come and go as it likes,
Just breathing and being,
Feeling the mattress pulling you deeper and deeper down,
Surrendering to the feelings of sleep,
Muscles relaxing,
Mind and heart rate slowing,
Saying yes to sleep,
Saying yes to the dream world,
A place where all your fantasies and thoughts are stored,
A place where the universe can have its best conversations with you,
The place where you truly get to meet yourself,
Notice how heavy your eyelids have become,
Impossible to open,
This is your sign that your body is ready for sleep,
And your mind ready for its amazing adventure,
Breathing in and out,
Allowing sleep,
Your heartbeat a gentle lullaby,
You're breathing the soundtrack to sleep,
Feeling completely weightless,
Body disintegrating,
Leaving you with just heart,
Soul,
And mind to be explored,
All in a way to make way for the true you,
One that holds all the secrets to the universe,
And you're aware now of a doorway that is where your forehead used to be,
It's so inviting and intriguing,
You see yourself walking through it,
See yourself now walking down a long doors to the left and doors to the right,
Each doorway holds a dream for you to receive tonight,
But you know the one you want is a little further down the never-ending hallway,
So you keep on walking,
Being pulled deeper and deeper into the hallway,
Deeper and deeper into sleep,
Taking 10 more steps before you reach the door that holds your dream,

Walking towards the doorway you need,

Feeling yourself getting sleepier and sleepier,
