This is a KTK alchemy meditation designed to help you ease into a deep and peaceful sleep.

It's time to unplug from the noise,

To let the world fade into the background.

You've carried so much today,

But right now you don't have to hold onto any of it.

This moment is yours,

Just you,

Your breath and the soft embrace of the night.

Sleep isn't just rest,

It's a whole reset.

It's what keeps your skin glowing,

Your energy high and your mind sharp.

It's how you wake up looking good and feeling like your best self.

Every deep breath,

Every drop of stillness is nourishing you,

Restoring you.

And tonight,

You're going to let all of that in.

Find that perfect spot in your bed,

Let your body sink into the sheets and allow your bed to give you a big hug,

Familiar,

Effortless,

Soothing.

Your head is heavy,

Your body is melting and your breath is slow and sweet.

If you haven't already done so,

Now is the perfect time to close your eyes.

Let's begin by noticing your breath,

No need to change it yet,

Just feel it.

Feel the air cool as you breathe in and warm as you breathe out.

Your breath is your anchor,

Your safe space.

Now,

Let's slow it all down.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Hold for a moment and sigh it all out through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Fill up those lungs,

Hold and let it all go.

One more time,

Breathe in,

Hold,

Exhale everything that's not serving you.

Now,

You can just let your breath settle into a smooth,

Steady rhythm,

In and out.

Let the bass in a slow jam,

Steady,

Deep,

Hypnotic.

With every inhale,

Imagine life pouring into you,

Flooding your body with love and warmth.

With every exhale,

Let that old energy,

That tension just dissolve into the night.

I know your mind loves to run,

Loves to pick up the past and analyze the future,

But right now we're training it to let go.

Picture all of the thoughts that usually keep you up at night as balloons in front of you.

Each worry,

Each what if,

Each lingering regret represented by a balloon,

Floating just above your hands.

Now,

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Imagine yourself popping each balloon,

One by one.

Hear the soft pop,

Feel the release and watch as the thoughts disappear into nothingness.

That worry about tomorrow,

Pop.

That replay about what you should have said,

Pop.

The what ifs and should haves,

They don't belong here,

Pop,

Pop.

With each balloon you pop,

You feel lighter,

Clearer,

Freer.

Now,

Just breathe in and out and let them go.

Now,

Imagine yourself wrapped in a cocoon of warmth and softness,

Like silk sheets and candle lights,

Like the softest melody floating through the air.

Now,

This is your sanctuary,

Nothing can touch you here.

Your breath is slow,

Your body heavy,

Your mind quiet.

Every muscle unwinds,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Your forehead smooths,

Your jaw softens.

Your shoulders drop,

Your arms and your legs become weightless.

There's nothing left to do,

No more thinking,

No more analysing.

Just rest,

This dreamy,

Velvety stillness.

And from this moment onwards,

Every time you lie down in your bed,

It will become easier and easier to sleep.

Your body will remember how to let go,

Your mind will instinctively pop the negative thoughts and release them into the night.

Sleep will feel effortless,

Natural and like a welcome escape into deep restoration.

And the universe is cradling you.

Sleep is calling.

And you're ready.

Breathe in.
