I invite you to sit on the small edge of this small river,
Standing up,
And feeling your feet and your body really in touch with the earth,
With the leaves.
Take a deep inhale and feeling the freshness of the earth coming up to your nose and going down,
Flowing down to your throat,
Your chest,
Of your pelvis,
Legs,
And back to your roots,
The root of your feet.
Sense the fluidity of the water,
The freshness of the water coming up through your legs,
Up to your pelvis,
Your chest again,
Feeling up your shoulder,
Feeling up your face,
And activate the sense of the healing by staying with the soft sounds of the small river.
Just stay with the sounds,
Stronger,
Deeper,
Softener.
How is the sensation providing to you?
But just stay with the sounds of this crystallized water touching the root of the tree,
Passing by the leaves,
Or going somewhere.
You might open all your eyes.
If you feel like your sight is activated,
It can provide you some nourishment.
Connected with the other elements of the nature around the small river,
The bridge,
The rock,
The branches,
The small tree that doesn't matter how they're standing by themselves,
Rooting on the leaves.
And feeling how this is the root,
The connector with the branches,
With the faces,
With the soil.
And moving back to the water,
Simply ask yourself what do I need in this moment?
How do I feel?
What do I want?
And I invite you to visualize yourself being the water,
Being the small river with so small rocks,
Leaves,
Roots.
How is it for you to embody the water and to be the water?
Might be sensation of freshness,
Calmness,
Fluidity.
Might be anxiety,
Fear,
Ungrounded,
Feeling ungrounded.
And so just reconnected with the other elements of the water that is more important and more useful for you now.
And nature will provide you has a lot of choices.
Just activate our sense,
Sense of the sight,
Sense of the touch,
Sense of the feeling,
Sense of the taste.
How would you taste the water now?
The water inside your mouth?
And just close,
Just close to the sounds of the sight of this small river.
Forgetting to the closure of our practice and connect from within nature.
Taking a deep inhale.
Smelling the freshness of the greenery,
Of the woods,
Of the water.
And exhale.
Release.
Another deep inhale.
And release.
Release.
Release.
