As you visualize the sky,
Notice the subtle curve and spirit of a smile gracefully filling the heavens.
Allow this image to take hold in your mind,
Inviting a sense of expansiveness and serenity.
Feel the openness of the sky permeating your thoughts,
Creating space for tranquility and clarity.
As you continue to connect with this visualization,
Focus your attention on your eyes.
Sense the corners of your eyes uplifting ever so slightly,
As if you're responding to the smile of the sky.
Feel a softening in your gaze,
Allowing your brow to relax,
Releasing any tension that may reside there.
Let the curve of a smile gently spread through your eyes,
Embracing a sense of openness,
Availability,
And possibility.
Feel the subtle warmth and joy emanating from your eyes,
As if they're reflecting the radiance of the smile within.
As you deepen your awareness,
Shift your attention to your mouth.
Allow a slight smile to form naturally,
Curving your lips in a gentle expression of peace and contentment.
Take a moment to explore the sensations of the smile,
Noticing the relaxation it brings to your jaw,
And the subtle upliftment it brings to your spirit.
Now see if you can sense the inside of your mouth smiling.
Feel the inner joy resonating within,
Spreading its positive energy throughout your being.
As you breathe in and out,
Let this inner smile infuse your breath,
Filling it with a sense of tranquility and harmony.
Shift your awareness once more,
This time to your throat.
With each inhalation and exhalation,
You become attuned to the rise and fall of your throat.
Notice how it feels as you breathe,
And sense that same curve and openness of a smile right there,
The very core of your being.
Allow yourself to fully embrace this experience,
Letting the curve and openness of the smile permeate every cell of your body.
Breathe in the serenity and expansiveness of the smile,
And exhale any remaining tensions or worries.
Take a few moments to bask in the blissful connection between your mind,
Body,
And the smile that resides within you.
When you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,
Carrying the tranquility and openness of the smile with you.
