Hello,
Welcome to this bedtime affirmation practice to help you fall asleep and have a restful night.
If you haven't already,
Find a comfortable position for you,
Maybe lying down on your back as you prepare your body for sleep.
Once you're there,
Allow your eyes to gently close,
And I invite you to bring one hand to the heart and one hand to the belly.
And now repeat the following affirmations after me,
Either out loud or in your head.
I am grateful for the experiences of today.
I am grateful for everything my body did for me.
I am grateful for everything my mind did for me.
I release all worries.
I am proud of myself and I have done enough.
There is nothing more I have to do or solve today.
My mind and body are relaxed and ready for healing sleep.
I honor my needs and give myself permission to rest.
I allow myself to have a restful and restorative night of sleep.
Take a moment now to say anything else you're grateful for from today or anything you wish to receive while you sleep.
Allow this surrender and positive wishes to quiet the mind and soften the body,
Taking you deeper into rest.
You're allowing your mind,
Body,
And spirit to be nourished by rest.
Continue to breathe in peace and rest as you start to gently drift off into sleep.
