Good morning and welcome to this guided visualization.

My name is Lauren Archer and I'll be your guide.

You are invited to begin your day from a higher vantage point where thoughts have more space,

Creativity flows more freely,

And you can more easily see what truly matters.

As you drop into this moment,

Let's take a moment to notice your breathing,

Taking some full deep breaths,

Connecting with the intelligence in your heart,

And allowing your mind to begin orienting toward the energy that you want to carry with you into this day.

If you'd like,

You can imagine a vibrant golden yellow light,

Clear,

Bright,

And warm,

Like the rising sun just emerging over the horizon.

Let's let that light now spread slowly and naturally across your inner landscape.

And as you rest in that light,

You can allow your awareness to lift.

You may imagine your consciousness taking a new form,

The form of a great bird of the sky,

Perhaps an eagle or a falcon,

Whichever feels most alive for you.

Feel the strength of its wings,

Expansive,

Powerful,

And steady.

You are already gliding now,

Moving effortlessly through wide open air.

Notice how you're carried with ease,

Held by gentle currents of air moving beneath you.

You may feel yourself naturally gliding now,

Soaring,

Circling effortlessly in a wide open sky.

And from this high altitude,

Your perspective naturally expands.

And as you look below you,

You can see the terrain of your life,

Witnessing the paths that you've already traveled,

The directions that are still unfolding,

And the patterns that you've been gathering information from.

You can notice how different it feels up here,

The space,

The clarity,

The calm alertness within you.

Notice how good it feels to soar and to observe your life from this higher perspective.

And from here,

You may recognize that there are times when awareness drops too low,

Where we can become pulled into lowering thoughts that can begin to tighten,

And it may feel like circling inward,

Becoming smaller or louder or more consuming than they truly are.

But from this higher view,

Those circling patterns of thought lose their grip.

And up here,

You remember,

I'm always free to lift my awareness.

I can always bring my mind up to a wider perspective.

And as you continue gliding,

You may sense how you can trust the air beneath your wings,

Feeling supported.

And from this place,

Your creativity is awakening naturally.

And ideas are flowing.

Possibilities are appearing.

You're able to think and sense beyond limitation,

To see beyond illusions,

To perceive beyond old loops or imagined constraints.

You may sense how structure and flow both coexist here.

Like the bird in flight,

There is both instinct and intelligence.

There is an inner knowing of when to glide and when to adjust your course.

You may notice how easily you can take in all of the input that you've been gathering,

Your experiences,

Your observations,

And the lessons life has been offering.

And from this height,

Success has a very different look and feel.

Success feels less like striving and more like alignment.

Success is a state of being.

And you can feel it and sense it now.

And you may sense that as you lift yourself,

You naturally lift others.

The more you rise into clarity and fulfillment,

The more you have to give.

And you give from a place of love,

Of kindness,

And of pure altruism.

You may feel that ripple effect even now.

How generosity multiplies.

How joy expands as it's shared.

How appreciation elevates the value of everything that you perceive.

And as you continue to circle gently in the sky,

You can see the weather patterns below you now.

Shifting conditions,

Passing storms,

Moments of turbulence.

And you remember that the weather is always moving,

Moving,

Shifting,

And changing.

And the sun,

That golden yellow light,

Is always there.

Even when clouds gather,

The light above them is brighter still.

No matter what unfolds around you today,

You continue to have access to this higher presence.

This higher perspective.

As you gaze at your life from this higher view,

You notice that you can continue taking one forward step at a time.

Planning with intelligence.

Creating with freedom.

With both intention and ease.

Letting yourself ride another thermal wave now and feeling yourself lift effortlessly once more.

Let that golden yellow light fill your awareness once again.

And sense what feels most important for you to carry into this day.

Let that awareness settle gently into your body now.

And before we return,

Let's take a moment to give thanks in advance.

Giving thanks for this higher vision.

Giving thanks for the growth that's already happening within you.

Giving thanks for the opportunities that you are attracting.

The synchronicities and the serendipities.

And giving thanks for the unseen support that continues to guide you forward.
