Let's begin by taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale,

Feeling your body relaxing with each breath.

As you breathe,

You can bring your awareness to your heart.

Imagine breathing in feelings of gratitude and appreciation.

And allow these feelings to expand,

Filling your entire body and mind.

Now notice the present moment,

The stillness,

The quietness.

Allow yourself to set aside any thoughts of the outside world.

Let go of the past and connect deeply with the presence of the universe that is within you,

Around you,

And intertwined with all of life itself.

You can breathe in a gentle sigh of relief as you relax and trust your interconnection with life itself.

And as you turn your attention inward,

You can sense the stillness within you as you listen for your inner guidance,

Allowing yourself to receive compassion and loving kindness.

Knowing that even those times when you set high standards for yourself,

Reaching for the stars,

That if you haven't quite made it yet,

Know that it's perfectly okay.

Noticing how today offers a fresh start.

Let yourself open up to receive goodness and blessings,

Feeling a sense of inner calm and ease as you prepare to walk through this day mindfully with a clear intention to live authentically and with purpose.

Taking a moment now to connect with your core values,

Aligning your intention,
