This guided double breath reset (or physiological sigh) is a simple breathing technique shown to reduce stress and support nervous system regulation. Through slow, intentional inhales and long, audible exhales, you’ll release tension, settle your body, and reconnect with a sense of calm. A powerful tool you can use both during this practice and throughout your day. It is by far my favorite, most accessible breathing exercise that I go-to on the regular!
