This short guided meditation will help you cleanse and clear your energy as you head from one space into another.
You may do this meditation sitting in your car before you head inside to possibly release the energy stresses of the day so that you can walk into your home fresh without taking those things with you.
So we're going to start by sitting upright in your chair,
Slowly taking a big deep breath in and as you breathe in allow your eyes to close.
With your eyes closed take a minute to centre yourself.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the air coming through your nose down into your lungs filling your lungs completely and then exhaling fully and completely.
Continue to breathe deeply and fully.
With each breath in visualise clean new fresh energy entering through the top of your head going down through your body and releasing out through your feet.
With every deep breath imagine this clean new energy removing and moving with it any stress anything that's troubled you throughout your day.
This energy that you inhale easily and effortlessly carries anything heavy or stressful out through the bottom of your feet.
Continue to breathe with each breath release the stresses of your day.
Take a minute now to focus on gratitude no matter how stressful your day's been no matter how hard busy.
Focus on one thing that you are grateful for something that's happened today possibly a message a kind word from a stranger maybe it's coming home what is something you are grateful for hold that thought and now I want you to think the second thing that you are grateful for but now about what you are coming home to.
Maybe it's a nice warm bed cooked meal a cleansing shower time to relax de-stress from the day maybe it's the face of a loved one whatever it is for you give gratitude and thanks for that now.
Continue to breathe embed that gratitude into your heart.
If you take a quick breath in through your nose release out through your mouth know that you have gratitude for what has been gratitude for what will be and you are now fresh cleansed and energized and ready to head into this next space.
