Welcome.
My name is Libby Lussier,
And I'm your guide for this meditation.
This meditation flows like a gentle prayer journey.
It's your sacred space,
Your sanctuary of soul breath,
Where the presence of the divine is as near as your inhale,
And the truth of who you are is as close as your heartbeat.
I invite you to find a comfortable chair,
Or you may lie down with your palms open.
Allow your breath to arrive gently.
No need to change it.
Just simply observe.
You are here.
You are safe.
And you are held.
Now begin to notice the rhythm of your breath.
Inhale through your nose.
And exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale light.
And exhale,
Release.
Feel the breath moving in and out of your body.
Let it be your anchor.
Your companion.
The breath of your soul.
Now visualize your feet rooted to the earth.
A soft golden light begins to rise up from the core of Gaia,
Mother Earth.
And it enters through the soles of your feet.
And now that soft golden light moves up into your legs,
Gathering at your heart.
Now hear this invocation.
Breath of my soul.
Speak to my open heart.
And keep the divine near.
Feel the presence.
Breath of my soul.
Receive love.
Creator of my existence.
Let this love rise within.
Breath of my soul.
Never leave me.
Offer me your peace.
Feel the peace surrounding you.
Breath of my soul.
Come to me.
Say my name.
I am listening.
Listen for your soul's name.
Breath of my soul.
The love of the world.
May peace and light fill my heart every day.
Let this peace and light fill your heart center.
Allow these words to dissolve into the silence for integration.
Allow the breath.
Continue to move.
With each inhale.
Receiving soul.
And each exhale.
Releasing burden.
Listen.
And receive.
Remembering you are light.
You are loved.
As you are bathing in a stream of light.
Continue to breathe.
Thank you breath of my soul.
For meeting me here.
For calling me home.
For reminding me that I am never separate.
From the divine.
From peace.
Or from love.
And now feel your body begin to awaken.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And bring one hand to your heart.
And whisper silently to yourself.
I am listening.
And I am whole.
And when you're ready.
You may gently open your eyes.
Beloved.
Carry this breath with you throughout your day.
This is your prayer.
Your anchor.
And your truth.
And so it is.
Namaste beloved.
Namaste.
