This meditaiton is centered on Jesus (Yeshua) — not as a religious figure, but as a loving, ancient guide who appears in moments of deep need, in dreams, in silence. This meditation offers sacred space for remembering his presence as a healer, teacher, and companion of the soul — free from dogma, and rich with soul-level resonance.

Welcome.

My name is Libby Lussier,

And I'll be your guide for this meditation.

You have entered a sacred chamber.

This is not a place of doctrine or of worship.

This is a sanctuary of the soul,

Where you are invited to meet the essence of Jesus,

The Yeshua.

Yeshua,

Not as a figure of religion,

But as a beloved presence who walks with you,

Speaks in the language of dreams,

And meets you in your deepest longing.

Let us begin.

I invite you now to take a deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

Again,

Breathe in,

And release.

Allow the body to settle.

Let the spirit open you,

And let the mystery unfold.

Begin by feeling the earth beneath you,

Rooted,

Safe,

And held.

Now imagine a very beautiful soft light at the back of your heart,

Growing warmer with each breath.

This is the ancient doorway,

The place where the sacred enters.

You don't have to believe in anything,

Just be willing.

Now continue to allow this beautiful pure white light to expand,

Expanding to the front of your chest,

Expanding the light into your shoulders,

Your arms,

Into your hands,

And now your entire body.

Allow yourself to be cocooned in the warmth and the light,

In readiness,

In grace,

Calling upon Yeshua,

Gently,

Say his name,

Yeshua,

Softly again,

Yeshua,

And one more time,

Yeshua.

Notice how the air around you shifts.

Notice the stirring of your heart.

And Yeshua comes as light,

As a whisper,

As a remembering.

Now,

Yeshua walks toward you,

Barefoot,

Simple robe,

Eyes like galaxies.

There's a stillness in him,

And it matches the stillness within you.

He smiles at you,

Not because he pities you,

But because he recognizes you.

You've walked together before.

You've wept and laughed and healed together before.

And now Yeshua opens his arms to you,

And without hesitation,

You step in.

This is not the Jesus of the stained glass window.

This is the sibling,

The healer,

And the miracle.

You feel his arms around you,

And you feel the ancient codes waking in your body.

His heartbeat syncs with yours.

His knowing becomes your knowing.

And just allow your body to soften within his embrace.

Let yourself be held fully.

And if you wish,

You may whisper any sorrow that you have.

Tell Yeshua what aches within you,

Or what you've been hiding.

Or you may just say nothing at all,

And just feel.

This is not about a moment of salvation.

This is a moment of communion.

You are not broken,

Beloved.

You are becoming.

And now,

As Yeshua looks into your eyes,

His hand opens,

And within it is an ancient symbol.

It might be a cross of balance.

It may be a light spiral,

Perhaps a flame,

Or a sacred word in a language that you don't know,

But that you understand deeply.

He places this symbol in your palm,

And in your chest,

And in your third eye,

And wherever it wishes to go.

This is his gift to you.

It may not make sense now,

But it will awaken in time.

You are remembering the lineage.

You are remembering him.

And you are remembering yourself.

And now,

Yeshua places both of his hands above your head,

And a golden light pours into your crown,

The top of your head,

Like the stars,

Like the truth.

Feel this golden light moving into every cell of your body.

Feel this light washing away the voices of shame,

Washing away the echoes of abandonment,

And the chords of unworthiness.

You are chosen.

Allow this golden light to continue as you remain in silence.

Yeshua lowers his hands,

And he smiles once again.

You've received what you were ready to receive.

And he wants to say something to you now.

A phrase,

A blessing,

A personal remembering.

Just receive.

And now,

Yeshua's energy steps back,

But not away.

He is never truly gone.

Only quieter,

Closer than your own breath.

Breathe in deeply,

And exhale slowly.

Again,

Another breath in,

And release.

Feel the room around you,

The surface beneath you,

Your feet,

Your breath,

Your presence.

You have returned,

But you are changed.

May you walk forward with the quiet knowing that Jesus,

The guide,

The soul companion,

Lives within you.

You don't need to seek him outside of yourself.

He's the whisper in your bones,

The breath behind your breath,

The one who shows up not to be worshipped,

But to remind you of your own holiness.

Namaste,

Beloved.

Namaste.
