This guided meditation journey helps you connect with your body and release tension through mindful breathing.
By scanning your body from head to toe and directing your breath into areas of tightness,
You invite light,
Warmth,
And ease,
Allowing stress to melt away and leaving you calm,
Grounded,
And present.
I now invite you to close your eyes and find a comfortable position.
Take a deep,
Slow breath in and release.
Again,
Inhale deeply and let it go.
Now gently place your hand over your heart.
Feel the warmth of your hand resting there.
Notice the steady rhythm beneath your palm.
Notice the quiet reminder of life moving through you.
With your eyes closed,
Bring your awareness inward.
Slowly scan your body,
Beginning at the crown of your head.
Notice any sensations,
Any places of ease,
And any places of tension.
If you find an area that feels tight,
Heavy,
Or uncomfortable,
Simply pause there.
Bring your breath directly into that space.
Inhale gently,
Filling it with breath,
And then exhale,
Allowing that area to soften.
Imagine your breath as light.
Flowing in with every inhale and expanding through that space.
And with each exhale,
Fill the tension loosening,
Melting,
And dissolving.
Just stay with this rhythm.
Inhale,
Light fills the space.
And exhale,
Release,
Soften,
Let go.
Now begin to awaken to your body once again.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you are ready,
You may open your eyes.
