Take a deep breath and settle your body.
Whether you be sitting or laying down,
Align your physical body.
Feel your shoulders in the same line with your hips.
Allow your shoulders to relax down.
Find softness in your elbows.
Palms of your hands are soft.
Fingers lightly curl in.
Take a deep breath into the space of your chest and release it.
Into that two more cycles.
Allow your awareness to come into contact with your breath.
Feel the journey of the inhale through the nasal passageways all the way down.
Feel where it inflates your lungs.
The slight pause at the fullness.
And then feel the exhale as it comes back up and out,
Back through your nasal and tickling the base of your nostrils as it exits your body.
And the slight pause at the emptiness.
Allow yourself to be enthralled by the intricacies of your breath.
Feel the prana life force,
Your breath.
Feel how it creates life in your body as you breathe your breath into your body.
Imagine a long tube that's flexible and malleable.
Perhaps it has glitter in it.
Imagine it on the line of your body from the base of your coccyx up through your solar plexus,
Through your heart space,
Through your throat,
Through the middle of your head and out through the crown.
Feel this long line of energy and begin to breathe into it.
And then from your throat,
Breathe all the way down to your tail for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold.
And then breathe back up from the tail to the throat on your exhale for four,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Continue in this manner,
Breathing up and down the sacred line of energy.
Feel the energy light become stronger.
Begin to give this light some shape,
Almost like it's a light of clouds,
Twinkle lights.
And then expand your breath to five,
Inhaling for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Hold one,
Two,
Exhale five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Hold one,
Two,
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Hold one,
Two,
Exhale five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Hold one,
Two.
Sit down with the fact that in the waking sequence,
You feel this tingles linesWork And the mind deviates,
Bring it gently back to the breath.
Still following that line of light,
That energy light up from the nasal passageways down through the throat,
Through the heart center,
Through the solar plexus,
All the way down to the belly now.
Back up and through the belly,
The solar plexus,
The heart space,
The throat,
And the mouth,
And out to the world.
Still that count of hold,
That collection of energy at the bottom of your inhale,
And then the release of nothingness to the bottom of the exhale.
On your next inhale,
Extend it to six.
Holding for three.
Exhale for six.
Holding for three.
Continue.
Continuing to follow the breath with a line of energy through the body now extending all the way down.
Then allow it to begin to form more towards the third eye.
Exhale for six.
Try to release the words of the count,
But maintain going through each energy center up and down the line of the body,
Holding with the body,
The physical up and in,
And also that emptiness and the fullness.
That fullness gathering the energy up through the root and then shooting the energy back up and through the body still with the even six counts and through the crown of the head for the three to one inhale for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Gather energy to one.
Exhale energy six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One through the crown to one.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Hold three to one.
Exhale six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
One,
Two,
Three.

Three.
Allow the energy to begin to take the shape of white light running up and down the body and slowly begin to see flecks of gold within the energy's body as well.
Within the flecks of gold there are aspects of all colors but most prominently is green.
Brilliant emerald green and with this gold light reflecting almost as if it had a substance with a crystal itself.
Exhale running up and down your body releasing through the top.
Begin to feel your self expand the energy itself and feel it begin to breathe through your fingertips,
Through the length of your arms,
Spreading from your hips down to your knees,
Down to your feet and out through the soles of your feet and then out through your shoulders and out through your ears and your throat still following this energetic body form.
Simply breathing into the light and love that you are.

Two,
Three.
Allow this energy to begin to fill the world.
You as a being of light and your energy holding the world.
Watch it fill through the heart spaces of each individual.
Ones that you see passing you on the street and the ones that you help as you leave food.
Ones that you see every day,
The ones that you have formed tight connections,
Tight bonds with.
Feel this love filling them.
Feel them in your love space.
Feel your heart space expand where this ball of energy begins to settle and begin to breathe into this heart space.
With each inhale,
This ball of green,
Gold,
White light energy fills and then with each exhale it fills each human.
Heart releases to them.
Then slowly know that the light is always there,
Always there to come back to,
To ground and to be with and begin to release this whole of the sensation.
Know that it's there,
Its presence still there.
Release the breath.
Allow yourself to be in your body.
Feel the hum of life force energy through your fingertips,
Coursing energetic lines.
Know that this love source happiness is always running through you,
Is always present at any point you may tap into it and receive that power.

If you lived from this life force energy,
This love power,
What that could mean.
