In this gentle practice, you’ll be guided to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and settle into the present moment. Through simple breathing and light laughter, you’ll release tension and soften stress in the body and mind. A calming visualization will then invite you to imagine yourself travelling with more ease, confidence, and presence. This is a space to pause, reset, and come back to yourself exactly as you are. This practice is especially supportive if you experience hesitation, fear of travelling alone, or emotional overwhelm around airports and transitions.
