So you are filling up with life force energy.

As we focus on now on other things.

Let the eyes inside begin to go round and round and round.

Is it time to put the sparkle back into your eyes.

The eyes the window to your soul.

Remember you are a powerful being of light.

Imagine this face has become double in size.

As you begin to examine this big face.

Looking to rid anxiety and depression from it.

In exchange for better things the longevity of life.

As if you floated out of the body and went to look at every facial expression.

Putting your focus,

Your energy hands on your forehead.

And will it to release built up pressure.

The stagnation of endless chatter.

That no longer serves you in the old world.

For we all must enter the new world.

The 5D vibration of the best of creation.

Its positivity.

And all you want to do is caress and care and brighten it up.

Then let your energy hands place themselves on your cheeks and lips.

As you spread your diamond white cloths,

Cleansing off tired annoying owed things.

Ready to capture at will a full smile that says no to the bad stuff,

Says no to drama,

All smiles makes us productive,

We just have to switch it on.

And in an instant it is there.

Now tell all your other chakras within the face,

The head,

Front and back.

All of them to start spinning and release stagnation.

Spinning all those chakras faster.

Tell all your chakras in the face and head front and back to deeply cleanse and come back into balance.

Connecting to white that contains all the colours of the rainbow.

Breathing into white.

Breathing out white.

Bringing your focus to the top of the head now.

And realise here is almost a halo.

A circle halo of energy that connects to your thoughts.

And the connection to the universe,

Listening to the power of your thoughts.

Tell this band of energy to straighten up.

To realign itself back into its beautiful round energy shape.

Around the mind.

Lovingly ask for universal light and creation to glow into all of your head.

Let it light you up.

Light up your head area.

Beaming great white light into your very mind.

Your thinking patterns.

And deeply cleanse everything off that no longer serves you.

Breathe into universal light and love and wisdom and creativity.

Knowing in a sense you have come home.

The comfort,
