Welcome everyone.
Thank you for joining me in this space where intentions become tangible and dreams begin to take shape.
As you settle in,
Find a comfortable position that allows you to be both relaxed and attentive.
You could lay down.
You could sit up.
Whatever feels comfortable to you in a way that won't make you fall asleep.
Now gently close your eyes and let your hands rest comfortably.
So why are we here?
Why manifest?
Manifesting isn't about attracting what you want.
It's about aligning yourself with the desire of your heart and the deepest intentions of your spirit.
It's a practice that empowers you to embrace the belief that you are worthy of your dreams and capable of creating your own reality.
Manifesting is the art of using your thoughts,
Your feelings,
And beliefs to bring something into your life.
It's not magic.
It's a powerful combination of clarity,
Intention,
And focused energy.
By envisioning your life as you wish it to be,
You set in motion the energies needed to make those visions a reality.
And that is exactly what we are going to do today in this meditation.
Now take a nice long slow inhale in through the nose and exhale that out.
Breathe in again.
Nice long slow inhale in grounding yourself in this moment and then ever so gently release that breath.
Feel the weight of your body pressing down into the ground beneath you.
Just notice your body here right now connecting to your breath with nice long slow intentional inhales in and slow intentional exhales out.
As you notice the ground beneath you,
Imagine roots extending from you,
Anchoring you to the ground.
With each breath the roots grow deeper and stronger,
Connecting you with the energy of the earth.
Not only grounding you into this moment but allowing you to feel safe and connected and present to all that's around you.
Allowing you to just be here.
There's nowhere else you need to be.
Allowing you to open your mind.
Now turn to your breathing.
Breathe in deeply,
Filling your lungs completely.
Exhale slowly,
Feeling your breath as it exits.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
This rhythm is the anchor to the present moment,
The bridge between body and mind.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Allow your breath to be that anchor.
When your mind wanders,
Just come back to it noticing the rise and fall of your belly,
The air as it goes in and out of your nose.
This is the place you come to when you need to come back to that present moment.
Now picture a blank canvas in your mind.
This is the space you will paint what you desire.
Ask yourself,
What do I want to manifest in my life?
Let this question echo in your mind.
Allow images to flow,
Feelings to rise naturally.
Whatever comes into your mind right now,
Allow it to come forward.
Now imagine the things you want to manifest taking shape on the canvas.
See them in vivid detail being painted right before your eyes.
It may be a goal,
A relationship,
An outcome,
Whatever this may be for you.
Immerse yourself in the feeling of having this desire fulfilled.
Let emotions of gratitude,
Joy,
Satisfaction fill every cell of your body as you watch the canvas fill up with this beautiful vision of what you want.
It's time to embody this manifestation.
Imagine a glowing light in the center of your chest.
This light represents the energy of the universe,
Always abundant,
Always available.
With each inhale,
The light grows brighter and more vibrant.
With each exhale,
It expands,
Touching every part of your being.
Feel this energy aligning with the picture painted on your canvas,
Becoming one,
Becoming the reality.
You and your desires are now one.
It is common for doubts to enter your mind when you're manifesting,
And we are going to release that now.
As you breathe,
Acknowledge any doubts or fears that arise in your mind,
Things that could get in the way of what you truly want.
Picture them as clouds,
Clouds of light,
Clouds of energy.
Picture them as clouds passing by.
You don't need to push them away,
Just let them drift.
Remember,
Clouds can come and go,
But the sky remains unchanged.
Your core,
Your true self remains unchanged and powerful.
Believe in your heart that what you want to manifest will come.
Silently repeat to yourself,
I am deserving.
I am open to receiving.
I align with the energy of my desires.
I align with the energy of my desires.
The universe supports me.
I am deserving.
I am open to receiving.
I align with the energy of my desires.
And now I let go and trust.
Feel the roots that you burrowed into the ground in the beginning of the meditation.
They start to absorb the energy of your manifestations,
Becoming golden,
Strong,
And radiant.
These roots anchor your intentions deep in the earth,
Making them a reality.
Take a moment to hold gratitude.
Hold gratitude for the endless support and love that you get from all of those around you.

Express gratitude for the power within you,
For all that you are,
Your gifts,
Your potential,
Your patience,
And your ability to surrender.
Take a nice long slow inhale in through your nose now.
And let that go.
With your exhale,
You release and trust that the energies you've set in motion will bring your desires to you in the right time and the right way.
Let go of any how or whens.
Be thankful for your body,
Your mind,
And your spirit that allow you to manifest.
And be grateful to the universe for listening to your desires.
Now slowly become aware of your surroundings,
Trusting that the universe has heard your intentions.
Remember,
Manifestation is about believing,
Feeling,
And aligning with yourself.

Open mouth,

And ever so gently start to bring yourself back,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
